We have always used 3 Heat Beads BBQ premium firelighters when lighting one of our Gateway Drum Smokers or our UDS or anytime we BBQ!! Reliable and we don’t know why but 3 just works! Yes we reuse our Charcoal!!

Is your cast iron collection seasoned well? Made a big mistake of leaving my cast iron Dutch oven and jaffle makers out. The rust was unbelievable. So they got a soak in molasses, pressure wash, scrub and now the first of many canola oil oven sessions.
