Open and free to the public from 5pm, Miami Marketta is the original Street Food market on the Gold Coast. Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, it comes alive with street food from all round the world.

What’s your next celebration? On Saturday we catered the 21st of Ellie on the waterfront in Broadbeach Waters, Gold Coast. What a location! We’ve catered quite a few special occasions for this family for several years now, and it’s always such a pleasure.

Happy New Year! Bringing in the year 2024 at with the festival family. WFF being in its 36th year is the largest gathering of artists and musicians in Australia and the team sure did soak up the atmosphere over the past 7 days, between cooking our delicious Paella for the festival goers. Not looking too bad for a bunch running on minimal to no sleep dancing in the NY ✌️🎶💛

Bahia, being one of the most culturally rich states of Brazil, is very unique for its food, music and culture and we’re apart of bringing a taste of it right here in the heart of the Gold Coast at the very beautiful venue of Miami Marketta . The team will ensure a line up of great entertainment, music, dance and food. Samba and a number of our team, are all born and raised in Bahia and this festival means a lot to us. See you there 🇧🇷

We’ve had a big business year and it’s taken a team effort and it’s rare to take a weekend off (who else gets hospo/events life?)…… so it’s time for our annual team’s weekend away. We’re off to sit by the pool 💦, sip cocktail 🍹, crank up the BBQ, chase the sun and any waves 🏄‍♂️ and party 🎉
This weekend, you can still catch us at Miami Marketta, and our Friday night at Currumbin for Halloween 👻 but that’s it for the weekend.

Corporate Catering _ we can come to you. Today, our team did a BBQ skewer lunch on the workplace site at Molendinar for 60. Then tonight, it’s a hired venue party with entertainment and a street food laneway (pictured). What’s your workplace style?

This month alone, we’ve covered a business launch, an RUOK lunch, an employee farewell. Majority of our work falls heavily on the weekend so we enjoy these mid-week corporate gigs.
