Thanks to Gympie Bowls Club for having us back again this year for their Christmas Breakup.! Our goal was to outdo our last year's grazing table.. and i think we pulled it off!😉

Also a shout out to Di at Cheesecakes to Di for, for being so easy to deal with and supplying a mix of her yummy cheesecakes on short notice, they look amazing!

As we move into the warmer time of year it's important to think about the heat when it comes to grazing tables and boxes!
The most efficient and safest way to have a graze table in summer is to have it in a cold, air conditioned room.

If you have it outdoors, Even in the shade your food will not last hours out in our summer temperatures. If there is any sun hitting the food the meat will start to cook, the cheese will start to sweat and it becomes high risk very quickly.

There are no other alternatives for Grazing tables besides air conditioning!! I will not set up without it. I'd love to be able to say we can lay it on ice, but it's just not something we can safely do.

Grazing platters are such a visual (and gastronomic) feast. The artistry and thoughtfulness that goes into a heat grazing board is not to be underestimated. When done well, they are like a mini degustation menu. We LOVE the guys - they not only do an absolutely stunning grazing board but they also come over to Noosa North Shore. They created the most spectacular boho-beach scene for my daughter’’s 14th birthday, complete with teepee and fairy lights. More pics to come! As we start promoting BeachRoad28 for day use for local businesses, we will be sharing more from this talented family. Stay tuned!
