Did you know that we supply take home meals fresh and frozen to heat at home? We always have options in the freezer and fresh meals are available from Tuesday each week.

We know what it's like to have dietary intolerances and allergies and as such have been working on our dietaries game starting with Gluten Free(1) meals.

This week we have made a small number of the the following to compliment our standard meals:
Gluten Free Tuna Pasta Bake
Gluten Free Pasta Bolognese(2)
Gluten Free Roast Chicken(2)
Gluten Free Mexican Beef with Red Rice
Gluten Free Cottage Pie(2).

Additionally, tomorrow's carrot cake is going to be Gluten Free too!

Stocks ARE limited so come in or give us a call on 5572 2786 if you would like to place an order. If you miss out we will be making another batch for Friday!

(1) We have flour in our environment and as such we cannot guarantee that traces of gluten or flour will not be present no matter how hard we try.

Summer is well and truly here, Christmas is done and dusted an it's time to get back into the normal swing of things.

To kick of the New Year, we are having a massive clearance of our Frozen meals with 20% off until 11/1/25.

Last orders for Christmas catering can be sent through messenger today and tomorrow. Alternatively email your order to [email protected]

We will begin preparing Sunday for your Christmas dinner that just needs to be heated rather than cooked. A full brisket normally takes 12 to 15 hours to cook, pulled pork takes 8 to 10 hours an our roast lamb around 6 hours all low and slow. They will only take you 1 to 2 hours to heat and get amazing, smoked roast.

If 1kg is too much, we are more than happy to provide a 500g pack of your preferred roast.

Add a couple of salads and some sweets and Christmas dinner is sorted! Almost no work for you.

For those of you that have ordered a slab of brisket for Christmas, here are the heating instructions to ensure you get a moist, flavourful brisket on your Christmas Dinner plate.

For those that are yet to order, please place your order by 3pm tomorrow to ensure you don't miss out on our superb, moist and super tender brisket.

PS: Fun Fact #419, Brisket loses approximately 50% of it's raw weight during the cooking process so a 6kg raw brisket only yields around 3kg of tender, juicy, BBQ deliciousness.
