Tom, our young man out the front normally serving up your favourite brews here at the Lemon Myrtle Cafe has his name and photo in the local paper! Once again he is performing at the Hamilton Dramas Theatre Group over the next 2 weekends. Not only that, he is making his directorial debut with one of the plays.

If you have the time this weekend (or next), we recommend getting on into the theatre and seeing a great show by our own local amatuer theatre group!

Hope to see you there at one of the shows.

Here we go folks, the menu for the next 3 weeks.
It's not on the menu but we also have soup. The soup changes often so ask on ordering if you would like a tub.
We've always got lot's of other items in the freezer too!

Here it is! Our Winter 2024 menu and our attempt to help you out by keeping prices down where we can - there's nothing over $20 on this menu.

We still make almost everything ourselves and that's not going to change.

We will however be changing our open hours as no-one wants to be out in the cold and the dark. The kitchen will be open from 9am to 2pm weekdays and doors close at 3pm.

SOOOO we will be closing the doors today at 3pm and the kitchen will close at 2pm sharp.

Hi All

Here’s the next take home menu commencing Wednesday 12th of June due to the Kings Birthday Public Holiday. During the colder months we also have soup so if you would like to order our thick soup (or is it a stewp?) just ask when ordering what we have available.

Lemon Myrtle Cafe have an opening for a part time / casual for weekday service. The duties include but are not limited to customer service, cleaning, coffee making, kitchen hand, dishes and all manner of other duties as required.

Sadly our awesome school holiday kids are going back to uni so we need to fill their very capable boots.

Immediate start for the right person and it would certainly suit a parent with kids at school or just wanting daytime hours.

15 to 20+ hours are on offer.
