It’s only 3 more sleeps to our final market morning of the year & a few more sleeps after that until the 25th of December! I have ordered a perfect Saturday climate for all of us to shop,smile & shop some more! Our garden & refurbished pond are looking most welcoming thanks to our garden crew & of course Mother Nature! Market season for 2026 commences back again on the last Saturday of February! Please be mindful that not all stallholders have card facilities so cash is definitely King for our student stallholders especially looking to earn themselves so pocket money! Sausages will be sizzling & drinks at various places throughout the market will be available! Thanks again for sharing our posts as just this small gesture goes such a long way! Belinda

Not long to go until our Festive Christmas Market arrives! Everything & All when it comes to organising,setting up & packing up is entirely volunteer driven! ‘One for all & all for one’ I’m old enough (gasp) to recall this line attatched to the 3 musketeers lol! Today’s shout out goes to our people in the kitchens! They volunteer time to cook the scones,cakes & soups (winter) make cups of tea plus operate our espresso machine in the bandicoot room! I absolutely love the fact that our kitchen angels zip around early making sure our stallholders (who have been setting up quite early are offered a free cup of tea/coffee before our market morning really starts hoping! Then we have our most appreciated outdoor sausage sizzlers & pizza makers (personal favourite of mine)! Volunteering really gives a definite’generosity of spirit’! We all sense we are part of something special which helped me understand why indeed all our smiles are given freely! Thanks for continuing to share our posts & joy to our world
