Congratulations to Ashley and Tamara on their marriage today! They had a lovely Short and Sweet Marriage Ceremony at Chapel Hill Retreat Berambing. The ceremony was enhanced by three flower men, and the presence of their grandmothers as witnesses made the day truly special.

The couple exchanged legal vows under a canopy of of trees and lush greenery, their words filled with love and promise. Guests couldn't help but smile as Ashley and Tamara sealed their union with a tender kiss, the applause and cheers echoing through the serene landscape.

The day was a beautiful testament to Ashley and Tamara's love, surrounded by their closest family and friends whome travelled from near and far and will be remembered as a day filled with warmth, joy, and the beginning of a wonderful new journey together.

Spring is almost here and wedding season is kicking off. Ashley and Tamara will be getting married with my Short and Sweet Marriage Ceremony tomorrow at the beautiful Chapel Hill. Everything is in place all the friends and family will be joining them from far and wide across Australia. In the upcoming Spring season, I am offering a small and intimate Elopement Legal-Only wedding package within a 50km radius of Kurmond NSW, extra travel cost apply over 50km from Kurmond NSW.

Your intimate wedding ceremony is tailored for the couple and their two witnesses and is exclusively available on Mondays. This package is designed for couples seeking a simple and fuss-free wedding experience.
$550
The package includes a complete legal ceremony, a PA system for background music, a meeting to finalise the date, the Elopement ceremony, and submission of all necessary paperwork.
Additionally, there is an optional extra service to have your Official Marriage Certificate ordered on your behalf from BDM.

Please note that there is a legal minimum 30-Calendar day waiting period enforced by BDM after lodging your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) with me.

Congratulations to Caitlin and James who tied the knot today with my Legals Only Ceremony on their Maroota property, exchanging vows near a stunning cliff-side mountain view. The rain held off until the end of the ceremony, creating a perfect moment for them to become husband and wife. Their intimate and heartfelt ceremony was shared with close family and friends, who gathered to rejoice in their love. The peaking sun's warm, golden rays bathed the landscape, adding to the natural beauty of the surroundings. They honoured their daughter by adding my recognition of Children in Marriage ritual, where they all signed a special certificate to commemorate the day.

Caitlin and James couldn't have asked for a more perfect day, surrounded by those they loved most, in a place that held so much meaning for them. It was a day that would be cherished in their hearts forever, a testament to the strength of their love and the bonds that tied them together.

As of June 12, 2024, every authorised marriage celebrant must adhere to the Marriage Act 1961 by meeting individually and in-person with both parties before officiating the marriage.
This rule is applicable to all legal marriages and all authorised celebrants, including Commonwealth-registered marriage celebrants, ministers of recognized religious denominations, and State and Territory officials authorised to conduct marriages.

During your initial Interview with your Marriage Celebrant you will be asked to meet separately so that your Marriage Celebrant can determine wether or not you are entering into to marriage freely and without cohesion by an outside influence. to find out more about forced marriages please follow the link below.

I enjoy watching The Big Bang Theory, but I'm grateful that as Marriage Celebrants, we undergo over 12 months of study to earn our Certificate instead of relying on information found online.

It's essential to have a well-rounded education and thorough understanding when it comes to such a significant role. Some couples are unaware that they need to sign a NOIM and wait a complete 30 days before they can get married

This legal requirement ensures that all marriages are entered into with adequate consideration and preparation. The Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) is a crucial document that must be signed and lodged with an authorized celebrant.

During this waiting period, couples have the opportunity to reflect on their commitment, plan their ceremony, and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place. In modern times, some couples have children from previous or current relationships. I provide an option to include children in your legal, Short and Sweet, or full ceremony. This inclusion offers a lovely way to involve your children in your special day. Special words are spoken to include your children, and a unique certificate is prepared for them to sign on the day. However you choose to acknowledge your child's special place in your family, express it with love to show them the significance they hold for both of you.

I encourage my couples to provide any constructive feedback that they might have that will help be become a better celebrant, I’m always embracing learning and self improvement.

As a client, how would you like to be approached about celebrant feedback?

Whenever I officiate a ceremony I always send a ‘post ceremony info and thank you email.

For a wedding this will include advice on how to change your name (if you want to) and useful websites that can assist with it along with a if you wish to give a review on my services.
