There's a huge reason why I have been a little slower in replying and doing a little less and that's because I've been keeping a secret 🙃..
But the secrets out and I can officially tell you all that myself & Jackie will become the new owners of 20 Mile Hollow Cafe in the next coming month 🥰..
I want to thank my beautiful followers and community for helping build this business which only 2 years ago was just a dream and now I am taking my catering and transforming it into a wonderful Cafe menu with an amazing friend ❤️..
We have huge shoes to fill but are grateful Anne-Maree & Chris have given us this opportunity ..
I will still be catering and my Dine in dinners will be available to purchase from the Cafe..
Please be patient with me while I navigate this new journey 🙏 ..

Diabetes week 🩵 ..
This holds close to my heart as my eldest daughter Nakiah was diagnosed at 2 years of age with Type 1 diabetes and this year, we celebrated her 7th year diaversary ..
I would love to donate 10% of all my intakes for the remainder of July to , a beautiful company designed to develop and research better ways of living for the juveniles in Australia with diabetes ✨️..
If you would like to buy a meal, make a booking or donate. It would mean the world to me, Nakiah, and all the other families who live with this incurable disease 💙..

If you had asked me 12 months ago when I first started focusing on my own business, if I would be getting personalised work uniforms, I probably would have laughed 😆..
I am still pinching myself at how far I have come and how quickly my business grew..

It's just a cute little coffee shot 🌱..
For so long, making coffee is something I've always wanted to learn..
Not because I'm coffee mad (I barely drink it, haha), but it's something in the hospitality industry I hadn't yet mastered ..
The beauty in making a good coffee and creating pictures on top is what gets me ✨️ ..
I'm slowly getting the craft ..
It's little things like this that keep me pushing to better all my skills in the kitchen and beyond as I manifest some BIG things for the next 12 months ..

Creating a work space at home 💫..
After 18 months of running my own business, I thought it was about time I created a space solely for work ..
I read a little while back that if you clear your work stuff out of your bedroom and main living area that it allows your mind to focus solely on what's in front of you instead of constantly living in work mode..
Separating work and family time has been a struggle, but it's never too late to create those boundaries before I loose sight of why I started this business in the first place ..

Throwback to a beautiful vintage grazing spread I did for a wedding in April ..
I love that every grazing table can be unique and different. Wether its how its styled or the type of food you wish to have on it ..
The brides request was lots of breads and carbs so we added delicious slices of breads and cocktail crossoaints ..
Big fruit bowls and wooden platters paired with the lace work made this an elegant vintage style that I loved working with ..
