After cooking at the Kingaroy BaconFest this weekend, we were thrilled to come home with the $20 & Under Kingaroy BaconFest Best Bites Award which was voted on by the general public who attended.
A massive thank you to all of the amazing event organisers and volunteers who made us all feel welcome. A huge thank you to Tineille Embrey and Dion Stehbens for all of your help over the weekend.

Pig Cow Chook Smokehouse would like to thank Paul & Kerry Blake for having us celebrate Rory Blake 18th birthday last night. We cooked Brisket, Pulled Pork, Pork Belly Sticky Bites, Spit Roasted Pork and Chicken for them.
Sorry we didn't get too many finished photos as we got too busy and forgot to do so🙃 but hope everyone enjoyed the meat we provided.

WOW🤩The Kings Royal at the Kingaroy Speedway is on a high.
Pork Belly burnt ends and Pork Butts cooking; Briskets are resting; chicken & pork on the spit cooking!
Fantastic racing for the past two nights with the pinnacle on the Speedway calendar - the crowing of the King tonight.
Good luck to all competitors.

We’ll be located between the Machinery/Scrutineering Shed and the Pits Ticket Box.
Opening from 11am to late Wednesday to Saturday.
