Tegan and Havana have been working extra hard to master their back walk over on beam.
The competitive beam for level 5 is 120cm off the ground and only 10cm wide. Doing any skill is hard enough, but to then do them backwards take great skill 💪

Sometimes it’s really easy to post all the beautiful routines and the perfectly exacted skills. But that just isn’t reality!
Reality is, there are gymnasts who turn up every day and make us all just so proud that they have reached a small mile stone that they have been striving for.
Charlotte(L3), we are so excited for you getting your kick over. You worked hard and you kept at it , and you got it. This is the definition of #reachforthestars 💛💙
Vault is one of those apparatus’ that happens so quickly. It takes a trained eye and years of experience to score this particular apparatus.

Carys did eventually get her kick over but the camera missed it. Hard work and support paid off tonight with our recreational level 3 💪
