Guess what?! Festable is back, and we’ve got BIG plans! 🎉✨

This year, we’re shaking things up based on your feedback-Festable 2025 will be on the 26th of September (in the hopes of warmer weather 🥶) AND we’re moving to City Park, right next to the Hervey Bay Regional Art Gallery for better accessibility! 🏞️♿

We can’t wait to celebrate with you all!! Be keen for some amazing performances, interactive stalls and a whole lot of fun! More details coming as the day approaches, so stay tuned! 👀💙

IMPORTANT INFORMATION for stall holders 🥳

We've been busy preparing the Green Room for the musicians today 🎶 and marking up the oval with your stall numbers.

There have been a few changes to the Map- but everyone has the size, power & vehicle spaces that they requested.

Don't stress, because APM Communities & HB-DINGs Andy Riley, will be meeting you at the entrance as you drive in to set up- and showing you where your space is.

If you are parking in the sk8side carpark and walking in - please see the team at the entrance to the left of the stage. It's only a small number of changes, but it could be you.

We'll be on the oval from 9am, we can help you with your marquees, connecting to power and any other things.

It was pretty gusty down there today - I'm not sure if everyone has enough weights for their marquees- you can always fill a few bags of sand from the beach, or use a plate weight from home.

Everything is in place - so wrap up warm & relax & enjoy the day 💚

Complete a quick survey,and receive a raffle ticket. The draw will be from the stage at 5.45pm.

It'd be great if you were there to collect your lucky prize if your number is called- but if not we will keep the winning tickets ( don't forget to keep your half) and put them on this page, with instructions

Sorry - we ( me Sarah ) stuffed up. I've literally only just noticed that the registration link has the time of the event as 2 - 6pm, when in fact it's 1pm to 6pm. Doh ! What am I like, sorry.
