It was a great privilege to be the catering partner for Sullivans Cove Distillery’s 30th anniversary last week, and unveil their newly refurbished distillery in Cambridge.

To commemorate this significant milestone, guests were welcomed into the distillery for a grand reveal event, where they enjoyed four curated canape courses paired with the oldest and rarest whiskies from their museum archive. The musicians of the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra also created an unforgettable experience that highlighted the rich heritage and craftsmanship of Sullivans Cove.

700 guests, wined and dined - and our first event at the Silverdome. Celebrating all of the many accomplishments in the building industry this year.

We transported a team of 40 staff - FOH, Bar, and Kitchen from Hobart to Launnie, and roped in a few stellar Launnie hospo legends to help us too.

The Master Builder’s team alongside VJAM are always a delight to work with. We are feeling very proud of everyone for a successful evening of awards.
Especially when most of Launceston had no power. 😅
