We had a love party.
Surrounded by our favourite people, favourite tunes,
and favourite things.
It was important that our wedding day, truly represented who we are. Margaritas to Curly Wurlys to Cheeseburgers.
It far exceeded any expectations that we had for our day.
A day that in our eyes couldn’t have been any better in any way. Our hearts are full. A huge part of that was the team that brought it all together. 🫶🏽

It was a great privilege to be the catering partner for Sullivans Cove Distillery’s 30th anniversary last week, and unveil their newly refurbished distillery in Cambridge.

To commemorate this significant milestone, guests were welcomed into the distillery for a grand reveal event, where they enjoyed four curated canape courses paired with the oldest and rarest whiskies from their museum archive. The musicians of the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra also created an unforgettable experience that highlighted the rich heritage and craftsmanship of Sullivans Cove.

700 guests, wined and dined - and our first event at the Silverdome. Celebrating all of the many accomplishments in the building industry this year.

We transported a team of 40 staff - FOH, Bar, and Kitchen from Hobart to Launnie, and roped in a few stellar Launnie hospo legends to help us too.

The Master Builder’s team alongside VJAM are always a delight to work with. We are feeling very proud of everyone for a successful evening of awards.
Especially when most of Launceston had no power. 😅

We have just finished our summer wedding season, 22 weddings, 22 couples, many new friendships. Thanks to those that have chosen us to cater their day, supported us, trusted us, worked with us, lent an ear, lent a hand. You know who you are! Definitely the hardest wedding season we have had to navigate. But has also been one of the biggest celebratory seasons of love. Hello lovers! A note to say we are booked out for the 2021/2022 wedding season. With no availability until after April next year. A handful of dates are still available for 2022 winter weddings! We have only four available dates for summer 2022/2023. What a crazy two years, here’s to hoping for some normality in the next wedding season 🙄
