MASTER BUILDERS AWARDS 2024 🔥
700 guests, wined and dined - and our first event at the Silverdome. Celebrating all of the many accomplishments in the building industry this year.

We transported a team of 40 staff - FOH, Bar, and Kitchen from Hobart to Launnie, and roped in a few stellar Launnie hospo legends to help us too.

The Master Builder’s team alongside VJAM are always a delight to work with. We are feeling very proud of everyone for a successful evening of awards.
Especially when most of Launceston had no power. 😅

We are Sabre.

We are located in Hobart, however we travel everywhere + anywhere, catering in venues with four walls, to country barns, to bare paddocks. We love a raw space, a challenge, a road trip, and an adventure.

We delivered a five course degustation for our Daikin Australia Delegates last week. As always, a huge emphasis on our local fare as Daikin celebrated and recognised their top dealers across Australia.. Guests have spent the week with exploring the south of our island state.

HYUNDAI X OUR FRIENDS ELECTRIC

Gala Event to introduce some new snazzy electric vehicles to market for Hyundai. We catered for 200 delegates for breakfast, morning tea, and lunch before transforming Mac 02 into a gala space - guests were then treated to a five course degustation with matched wine.
