Yesterday i had the incredible opportunity to embark on my first gig as a private chef, and what an extraordinary experience it turned out to be! I had the privilege of crafting a menu for a couple celebrating their 10th anniversary. Matt, the thoughtful partner, orchestrated a surprise dinner on top of a hill of a land they recently purchased. In the absence of a fully equiped kitchen, all i needed was a crackling fire to create the fancy dinner. The breathtaking view from their location added an extra touch of magnificence to the occasion. I am profoundly grateful to them for choosing me and placing their trust in me to create an unforgettable anniversary celebration.
