Where am I based?
When I started this account 15 years ago I was a breakfast radio personality in Esperance, Western Australia. If you’ve been following since then you’ve seen me live in WA, NSW, and Queensland. Mexico, the USA, and Europe. Today we call Tasmania home, but where we live doesn’t really matter because the people that book me as their celebrant aren’t looking for a local celebrant, they want a celebrant specifically like me.
Why did I become a marriage celebrant?
It was never on the cards. No child tells his school counselor he wants to work in weddings.
How did this massive nerd (a real actual computer nerd, I’m still giving all my friends and family tech support and writing my website in html and css), who was a breakfast radio personality, become a global wedding celebrant who does barely any weddings near his home?
