We welcomed back the Tasmanian Fashion Festival over the weekend! ✨💃

☔️🌩 Sheltering from the wild weather on Saturday night, we hosted their 'Awakenings" event launch & on Sunday we showcased some of Tasmania's finest fashions! 👗🎩

Attendees were treated to multiple runway shows, panel discussions, performances, workshops, extravagant exhibits and much, much more! Looking forward to seeing what next year has instore! 🎀🫶

With nearly 50 different distillers onsite and over 150 Spirits as well as Food, Live Music and Masterclasses it was a jam packed Saturday here at the shed - we can't wait to see what next year has instore! 👏

A massive festival of delicious food & drinks, handmade crafts & creations, live music and carnival rides is coming to Hobart this weekend.

The Tassie Makers Festival is set to take over PW1 on the Hobart Waterfront between 8am and 3pm this Saturday and Sunday, promising a new era in Tasmanian culture.

Meanwhile, the Tassie Makers Food Festival will run in the evening from 4pm till 10pm on Friday and Saturday.

Tickets are available at bit.ly/3Yfd9tL, with organisers saying the event will be fun for the whole family.

The Mack's were back in town this week! 🚛🎉

With four trucks inside & "Big Bunk" out front we played host to Mack Trucks Australia for two days of conferencing & workshops. Inside sound & lighting by Scene Change, food & drink from Rhubarb Catering and furnished with some help from our friends at Salters Hire Tasmania - safe to say it went off without a hitch! 😉

Applications have now opened for the 2024 Tasmanian Tourism Showcase, Princes Wharf 1, nipaluna/Hobart, Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd August 2024.

This year’s Tourism Showcase will expand to a state-wide focus and include a consumer-focused day. It will bring together Tasmanian tourism operators and the community to showcase the variety of products and the regions in which they operate.

🟢🟡 In honor of the CommBank Matildas semi-final showdown against England in the FIFA Women's World Cup, the State Government is arranging a live site at Princes Wharf 1 forecourt for Wednesday 16 August.

A large screen will be set-up for fans to enjoy the match collectively. The live broadcast is scheduled to begin at 7pm, so it's recommended to arrive by 6pm to secure your spot. The match itself will commence at 8pm.
