I only realised the other day that the incredible gallery from Melissa & Adam’s day in Umbria have just been sitting in my inox.. and frankly that’s just unacceptable on my part.

A day filled with sunshine, love, and laughter. Designing romantic, spring inspired florals to dance in the Italian sunshine was an absolute dream.

So much love for these two, a truely special day to be a part of.

MELBOURNE, we’re coming for you.

This move has been on the cards and in the back of our mind for some time now. However, we have decided the time is right (both for Form, as well as personally) for us to make the move back to the mainland.

Tasmania has been the best home for us over the past 5 years, however we can no longer resist the pull of the city buzz.

THE DETAILS

Melbourne //
• 2025-2026 season: limited dates available for weddings and events
• 2026-2027 season: books are fully open for weddings and events across greater Melbourne
• Currently servicing within a 75km radius of central Melbourne, including the CBD, Yarra Valley, Dandenong Ranges, Geelong & Mornington Penninsula

Tasmania //
• 2025-2026 season: books fully open (limited dates available) for weddings and events
• 2026-2027 season: books are fully open (but at a reduced capacity) for weddings and events
• Weddings and event services available state wide

There will be no additional travel costs charged during this transition period, standard local travel rates will apply.

It is no doubt going to be a busy couple of years managing events across both states, so there is absolutely no time to waste.

I love big weddings, I really do. They are so much fun to design and bring to life. Grand features, abundance of table florals, a full studio.

But intimate weddings and elopements, they hold such a special place in my heart. Of course the best part is that we get to create florals specifically curated for the space, embracing the intimacy. But the day is slower paced, and if we’re lucky, we even get quiet moments where we can enjoy the ceremony, listen to vows and hear their love story.
