Our very own David Budge has taken home the Service to the Sport Award at the Aus Triathlon Awards in Queensland this weekend! 🌟👏

This incredible honour celebrates individuals who’ve made a massive impact on the sport of triathlon, and Budge has done just that—organising over 200 events, including state, national and world championships, and growing the sport right here in WA. 🙌💪

A huge congratulations also goes out to Mark Pringle and Royce Fairbrother for receiving this prestigious achievement alongside Budge. 🥳👏

🚀 This week, our event team headed to Melbourne for the 3rd Annual AMPSEA Conference!

We had the privilege of hearing from some incredible speakers, including:
✨ Wayne Larden from Point 3, sharing the inspiring journey of the Sydney Marathon from the Sydney 2000 Legacy to becoming a World Athletics Major.
✨ Shannan Gove from Rosterfy, who took us through Rosterfy’s rise from a start-up to a top 20 growth company and the latest trends in volunteering.
✨ Ben Muldoon from Race Roster, presenting valuable insights on industry trends and event data.
✨ Pat Barrett, founder and CEO of ECAL, unveiling the new National Mass Participation Events Calendar.

The day wrapped up with an engaging risk management and event security case study tour at Marvel Stadium. 🏟️
