Main and second bedrooms!
The layout of the main bedroom was compromised by doors or windows, which meant for the bed being push against a door (third pic). Given the fire place was already bricked up, we decided to build cabinetry over it, this provided a bed head and allowed the bed to face East over the gardens. We also know that many years prior, this room was the kitchen!

Lounge + Dining. Great features to work with here including marble fire places. Updates include a new colour palette, lighting, removed the drab curtains & of course new furniture.

The kitchen when we purchased the house was solid and in great condition, just looked out dated. We had the doors painted, new stone bench top, handles, glass, tapware and splash back tiles. Has made the world of difference!

The atrium; located in the centre of the main house & boasting a ceiling height of 9m. We think the space is rather unique, while further impressing with the new colour scheme.

Welcome to Oban Estate. Built in 1901, this house is a shinning example of Federation Style. Starting early 2023, the landscaped gardens will be available for garden weddings and in addition to this, there will be short term accommodation available in the fully renovated old servants cottage off the main house.
