A lot of people sleep on the hollow arch; the most popular arch at the moment is the solid wooden one 🏛️
This is a sweet arch but when you’ve seen it 100 times, it can feel a bit monotonous 😅
Luckily our gorgeous client Brittany agreed to try something different and went with the Hollow Arch.
This arch paired with a customised acrylic sign and a neutral colour pallet made for a stunning backdrop to their shower and provided a unique display 🤎🤎

For this gorgeous setup we had to cart all the props up stairs and custom painted the backdrops, shout out to for helping out and allowing me to custom paint her solid arch. As well as THQ for going the extra mile on the decal and including a little teddy bear to match the theme.
The client got the setup she dreamed of and we ensured everything was handled so all she had to do was turn up and enjoy ☺️ 🎂

This setup was a special one because I actually knew when we worked our first ever jobs together at 14 (that maccas life).
I meet her when we were both young girls just starting out in our working life’s figuring out who we were. Fast forward a decade and I get a request for a baby shower and only realised after emailing who it was. I was so excited to do her blue themed baby shower 💙 and one more year onwards I was honoured again to be apart of celebrating little man’s first birthday 🥰
This event was special not only because she is one of the sweetest people you’ll meet. Also because we went from young girls to grown adults having babies and chasing dreams. ✨A very full circle moment I think ✨

Funny story my partner actually accidentally sat on and broke this sign the day before the event 😩 and the amazing .doyle was able to fix it for me last minute so the sign could still shine in this set-up

I’m actually a sucker for goodie bags 😍 I love everything about party favours, thank you gifts, goodie bags whatever you want to call them.
It’s a way of saying both “thank you for coming” and “I love you and loved having you here”.
These goodie bags were quite luxurious the bag itself was a quality black handbag with attachable cross-body strap.
Most of the girls ended up using these as their actual weekend bag. Inside was filled with gifts for self love and care including, individual affirmation cards, face masks, eye masks, lip kits, scrubs and more.

✨Barbie Magic✨
I’m always looking to see what trends are emerging consistently in the event industry. I like to be aware of what to invest in and up skill on. But I also like to try and challenge myself to take the trend and design in my own style. With the release of the new Barbie movie this year I can see an increase in barbie themed party’s definitely happening. I decided to embrace this and have my own Magical Barbie Birthday! I’m a huge fan of Barbie so for my own party I wanted to focus on the barbie I grew up with, which was the many characters and adventures of Barbie from the movies. However I made sure to keep the traditional doll essence of barbie by heavily emphasising on the shades of pink.
I also deliberately used 3 of the most popular emerging trends at the moment, shimmer walls, fringes and outdoor movie cinemas.
Thank you to all the vendors involved this was the most magical birthday party 🥳
