We are renovating from the bottom up and transforming it into a tuscan inspired wedding venue and boutique hotel. Of course it’ll be complete with lavender, olive trees and bespoke Italian furnishings.

And the best part? We want to bring you along every step of our renovation journey. From mood boards, logos and brand design to the colours on the wall, to the full refurb of the venue and accommodation, to even establishing our very own vineyard - we want you there with us.

Oh, and did we mention? We want your help too and you can have a say in the colours, tiles, trees we plant, whatever it may be, we want your opinions!

Stay tuned for updates as we transform 25 acres of land into a stunning destination featuring a vineyard, winery, hotel, accommodation, and a breathtaking wedding venue for 300 guests. 🫒

It was a whimsical winter wedding filled with laughter, romance and a couple of our resident roo's pinching a few florals here and there (cheeky!). We absolutely adored the stunning bouquets and florals which truly matched the vibrant atmosphere on the day! It was a beautifully intimate and elegant wedding blessed with beautiful Jervis Bay sun and spiced up with a little side of coastal breeze!
