This months ‘share the love’

Most of us take for granted our daily interactions with friends and family. But for some community members is their only opportunity to see a friendly face! The service they offer our community is priceless and we donated 30 flower bouquets for them to gift their clients. We are grateful to be able to support such a wonderful organisation and we can’t wait to work with them in the future.

🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶MEET THE TEAM 🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶We are proud to announce our newest employee here at The Coastal Bud even though we weren’t advertising for the position. We would like to introduce you to “BUD” our new best friend.
Today is BUD’S first day and as unexpected to have him on our team, Nick couldn’t say no this morning at Sydney flower markets when purchasing flowers so he decided to add him to the payroll.
So please feel free to say hi to BUD when in store as his our friendly security guard

For the past 20 years The Coastal Bud has been supported by our local community and we are extremely grateful.

We want to give back and “share the love” so each month we will be finding a different way to thank people in our local community.

This month we kicked off with school crossing guards, aka lollipop ladies! We visited a few local schools and gifted these ladies a bouquet of flowers, just to say thank you for the work you do!
It was a really rewarding experience for our staff and we hope these ladies felt our appreciation. We have a few more ideas scheduled over the next few months and soon we will be asking for your ideas!

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Nursery Hand to join our Team. 😎

Immediate start.

This will be a casual position that has the potential to turn into a Permanent / part time position (30hrs) for the right applicant.

Responsibilities will include:

🪴 unpacking and pricing plants.
🪴 detailing plants.
🪴 Pruning, staking & fertilising plants.
🪴 weeding plants.
🪴 serving customers.

Key Attributes:

🪴Be fit and healthy (this is a physically demanding role)
🪴Follow directions easily.
🪴Self-motivated and able to work both independently or as part of a team.
🪴Plant knowledge and experience with plants is a bonus

It’s that time of year again …….. our fresh cut Christmas trees will be available from Saturday the 25th of November 2023.
This year dew to limited availability we where only able to source premium 7ft trees retailing for $150.00.
Please also note we will have limited numbers available this year with our last delivery of trees coming in for the weekend of 9th of December.

We are also offering local delivery from $30.00.

Potted Christmas trees, Christmas bush and poinsettias will also be available.
