Just a boy from Colombo and a girl from Bendigo, living out their accountant dreams in New York, married at the gorgeous Quat Quatta in Ripponlea. ⁣
⁣
Such a gorgeous pair, the weather was perfect and the Ripponlea metro train kept their ‘toots’ to a minimum throughout the ceremony.⁣ Praise be.

The most heartwarming vows were exchanged and Quat Quatta’s timeless setting created the most beautiful backdrop for Caitlin’s gorgeous gown.⁣

A rainy day forced us into the magnificent plan B option which is the cellar, and as usual it created the most romantic ceremony space for the delightful, Georgie and Tom.⁣

12 years in the making, Georgie and Tom feel so lucky to have grown up together, supporting each other every step of the way. From those awkward adolescent years to now kicking goals as Engineers, and of course becoming proud parents to Myah the Golden Retriever. ⁣

What are the chances of going to the same high school, only to match on tinder years later? Well, actually the chances are quite high... but hey, it’s still a cool story.

Playful Clare is the perfect antidote to Sid’s slightly more analytical brain and I know that they are going to have one amazing life together.

Private property weddings sure have their fair share of challenges. Hayden and Lucy powered through a caterpillar & cricket plague, fallen trees, and rogue racehorses breaking in and churning up the lawns. ⁣

But the winner has to be Hayden crashing their wedding car a week out and breaking his nose⁣. Talk about character building!⁣

Not too many people can say that they first met the love of their life at the beginning of Year 7, however Nadia and Josh certainly can.⁣
⁣
Nadia was just a sweet and kind-hearted 13-year-old back then, ready to dive headfirst into the whirlwind of high school life. ⁣
⁣
And Josh, well he was Cobram High’s very own resident bad boy… ⁣
⁣
Although their high-school romance was brief, a deep bond remained. Once adults, rekindling their romance felt inevitable, and there haven’t been too many days since Josh and Nadia have spent apart.⁣
⁣
They now own a home, have great jobs, they are married and heading to Malaysia for their honeymoon. Life for Nadia and Josh is pretty sweet!⁣

So glad to be back from Bali town and getting back into the swing of winter weddings. ⁣

For the month of August I’ll be heading to Mount Macedon Winery, Mitchelton Wines, Stones of the Yarra Valley and this gem right here, Rupert on Rupert. ⁣
