❤️This photo is so special to me

This is my beautiful friend Jenny at her daughter wedding.

I have known for close to 30yrs so when her daughter Sianna - who I’ve had the privilege of watching grow up, asked me to be her celebrant when she married her soul mate I knew I wanted to do something unique and special in the ceremony.

So, as a surprise (because I love surprises) I invited Jenny up mid ceremony to perform the ‘repeat after me’ legal vows for Sianna.

Danielle’s mum was then invited up to guide Danielle through her legal vows.

The initial look of panic on Jenny’s face when I invited her up - I’ll never forget but I knew that this would be a special memory to capture forever. The photo says it all! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

❤️ Who wants to get married in the name of charity? ❤️

Here’s the plan!

We are a collective of five celebrants that have put our heads together to do something quite bold in the name of charity!

Our aim is to marry 20 couples each on the 29th of February 2024 for a total of 100 marriages hence the title 'Australia's Biggest Wedding'.
​
Along with some of our industry buddies we strive to provide you with a totally unique experience allowing you to get married by an awesome celebrant, have your ceremony photographed and enjoy live music all while being part of something truly special.
​
Before even launching, the interest we've had from a range of wedding suppliers has been nothing short of remarkable with videographers, florists and event hire services jumping on board.
​
Furthermore, one of Melbourne's most sought after wedding venues, Witchmount Estate has kindly given us access to their grounds for the day, making this an opportunity not to be missed.
​
Why February 29? Well, this is a special day, it only comes along once every four years, and you'll forever be able to tell everyone how unique your anniversary is.
​
So how does it work? What you see is what you get, all our celebrants and industry professionals are donating their time and services to this event and indeed to support Make-A-Wish® Australia, all we ask is that you make a minimum donation of $200 to Make-A-Wish® Australia when you register to be part of the event.

So, let’s get you married! And raise money for and makes some sick kids dreams come true ❤️❤️

Multiple pairs of shoes lined up under my chair!

I change the shoes throughout the night- the different heel heights mean I’m not putting pressure on the same part of the sole of my feet.

I wonder if anyone will notice!

Tiffany and Troy are incredibly close to their families and were blessed to have 3 grandparents attend the ceremony.

Each of the grandparents prerecorded a special message as a surprise for Tiffany and Troy so they could be included in the ceremony. There was not a dry eye in the house! 🥲

The love, joy and adoration between the grandparents and Troy and Tiffany was palpable.

The last 6 months have been EPIC! 🎉
Since performing the first wedding out of lockdown at 23.59pm on 21/10/21, I’ve had the privilege of marrying 46 loved up couples. ❤️🥳
