Kirsten + Adam //
Kirsten and Adam came down from Camden for a destination wedding. Choosing a beachside caravan park for 3 nights accommodation made it feel like a real get away!
Minnamurra Headland with the most picturesque view of the river and Rangoon island was the perfect spot for their ceremony with immediate family. 12 chairs, signing table and a jute rug to stand on was all that was needed with a view like this.
Then the disasters started:
Disaster 1 their son Harrison has a stick poke him in the eye the week before the wedding. He ended up in hospital, with an eyepatch on his eye for a week until the surgeon can assess him further.
On the day after a morning, devine sunshine, hair and makeup, Kirsten left feeling like a princess, to gale force winds at the headland. I tried to move the location but it was windy everywhere.
Beautiful photos at James Oates Reserve and then in Kiama the couple had dinner in Kiama at Silica.

Jordy and Tyler ELOPED! Coming from Sydney & finding their location was half the fun. They picked a scenic cliff in Gerroa, laid down a jute rug and surrounded it in flowers. Witnesses by the Bride’s Mum and Groom’s Best mate, with an intimate group of family and friends at a local stay over venue waiting for the engagement party dinner!Surprise...we are married 😮🎉Dare to be selfish. Be indulgent and make it all about the 2 of you. @mattashton_photo captured the true romance 💕
Lucy & Jaiden //
The cutest couple - young, shy and private. These two school sweethearts were lost in each other. ☺️
The lookout views, looking from the escarpment across the Illawarra – then off for photographs in the Southern Highlands chasing waterfalls.
Choosing a quiet lookout with views for miles - I’d never been to before – Lees Road Lookout in Robertson.
They met in the carpark for a private first look all captured on camera. Walking in together for their short but sweet 10-minute ceremony.
Parents and siblings only, finishing with a slice of cake, a glass of bubbles and a shot of a special bottle Jaiden was gifted for his 18th.

I love to read the amazing reviews my couples leave me 😍. Making your day everything you have dreamed of is why I do what I do!
Elopement’s by Sharon offers all-inclusive packages for your elopement or intimate wedding!
Michael + MelindaThey called Elopements By Sharon and asked to be married within 5 short weeks whilst Melinda’s brother was visiting Australia from Germany! In true form the dream team of suppliers came together to give these two an experience so much better than they could have imagined. Michael + Melinda booked my all-inclusive elopement package, and I organised the rest! Turning up to the @illawarra_rhododendron_gardens , Melissa signed her declaration, was handed her native bouquet by @alwaysflowerskiama, and @sol_flare_photography started snapping photos. The styling, chairs & signing table were supplied by @inspireloveweddingandeventhire. A heart felt ceremony by Me, @sharonismycelebrant featuring their beautiful children. The ceremony was opened on microphone by 7 year old son Campbell “let the ceremony begin”. Feeding the intimate crowd of about 40, with platters and yummy treats by @letsgraze_co. Finishing off with a champagne spray, toasts, speeches and a beautiful cake by Cakealicious Cakes. Friends for life. Such a beautiful couple xx
Robert + Sarah ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE: Just the 2 of Us. Sarah and Rob didn’t live locally but wanted to secretly elope whilst traveling down to #JervisBay to holiday with 5 other families. They found a waterfront Airbnb at 58 Johnson Street, #KiamaDowns to stay for 2 days. We walked down to #JonesBeach where we did an intimate ceremony and they read their handwritten vows in the pretty vow cards! Look at the amazing flowers created by @alwaysflowerskiama. Could they be any more picture perfect. We then headed off with @alexandrazaraphotography to Bombo Headland for photos in front of the amazing rock forms and long grass. I kept the kids, Lucy and George, occupied with bubbles and a snack pack plus we played some eye spy games. They didn’t even need to bring witnesses, as I arranged them too! My hubby and photographer, Alex jumped in to sign the Marriage Certificate. Back to the house where Kaylee from @letsgraze_co had lovingly prepared a ground picnic for their dinner. Champagne popping & cake cutting (Cakealicious Cakes), this little family was left to take in the sunset and the enormity of what they had just done!
Sian and Zac Eloped. An all-inclusive elopement package! Staying at an airbnb in Minnamurra we were protected from the rain with the prettiest water and island views on the coast! And just as I read Sian’s words to Zac “Come chase the sun with me”....the sun came out. For this shy humble and private couple, eloping was perfect for them.
