There are times when my kids feel a bit anxious, nervous or overwhelmed by just going to school or something going on at school.
I draw a heart on their wrist, put my finger on the heart & charge it up with all my love & hugs. So when they are feeling anxious, nervous or overwhelmed, they can press the heart & feel my love coming through. 💕💖
