Looking back to the 2025 Trail Gaze Dinner at the Tasmanian Food and Wine Conservatory, where Tasmanian wines, ciders, spirits and craft beers were paired with a menu of Tasting Trail produce. The evening celebrated the richness of our island’s food and wine, and we were proud to help shape the setting with furniture, tableware and details that matched the energy and elegance of the night.

Over three days the town came alive with music, workshops, light and community, each moment shaped by Tasmanian artists and makers. Supporting events like this is one of the ways we celebrate connection and culture across the state. We’re grateful to have been part in such a special gathering on Pydarerme Country.
