This week we had the pleasure of creating these ‘Very Hungry Caterpillar’ themed cookies for a 1st birthday. These are definitely one of our favourites by far.

We thought it was about time we introduced ourselves. We are Laura and Grace, the face’s behind the cookies. We started Chics & Bics in 2021 when we both worked and lived in Launceston together, since then Grace has moved back to to the North East while Laura has stayed in Launceston. However, we have still managed to function and keep our standard of quality cookies for you all. 🤍

Laura (right) - My full time job is admin at Darling Irrigation in Launceston, growing up on a dairy farm showed me how much I love rural communities being apart of an agricultural business. I also enjoy doing eyelash extensions, brows, and of course cookies (when I have time 😉).

Grace (left) - My full time job is a Service technician for Darling Irrigation in Scottsdale, generally you’ll find me with dirty hands, messy hair, and mud all over my clothes. I’ve grown up on the land and developed a passion for cooking where I went on to be a qualified chef. You can also find me making cakes for any occasion (and also cookies).
