My resident Pardalote family is very busy and has nested for the second time this season in their usual nesting spot. I think I can see 2 babies coming out to feed. They are getting very close to leaving the nest 😍

My Melaleuca Coccinea - Goldfields Bottlebrush, has burst into flower. The colour is just stunning and so very vibrant. This wonderful plant Australian Native plant is an Endangered Species and so easy to grow.

I refreshed an old area and planted up a new garden today for my late Mum.
I've used plants that she would love. Salvias and daisies to go with the existing planter box of petunias and begonias. Once the pots of violas have finished I'll replace them with some gazanias. The large pots have some pink flowering leptospermum -tea trees which she would also have loved. Over the next few weeks I'll put a fresh coat of paint on the ornaments.

My tributes to the 75th Anniversary of the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers that are spread throughout the garden. I had lots of fun creating them and they look fantastic in place.

A cute little birdhouse has found a home in the garden. It will look great once the planter boxes under the mirror are filled with flowering plants.

One of the treasures I got from the Wondai Autumn Garden Expo . A cute little possum has found a home in my tree stump. I do hope it and goanna will be friends 😍

My gorgeous tree stump has been moved out of hiding to a new spot. I have planted some Aussie Native Grasses around the back and some low growing Grevilleas at the front. Looks fantastic!!!

Very excited by my Bunnings purchase. A beautiful Calla Lily has found a home in the garden.

The Fairy Garden transformation is complete. With the 75th Anniversary of the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers in mind I've planted some old fashioned plants. Dianthus, Violets, Grannys Bonnets, Plecantrus, Begonias and Hostas.
