After such a long absence on socials I am delighted to share this beautiful couples legal ceremony from last week. 💚🌈 Their commitment ceremony was in 2014 when I lived in Cairns and I promised them and all my same s*x couples when it’s legal for them to marry it would be my gift to them and we made it as I knew we would. 🥰🌈

We received this amazing platter from my darling mother-in-law who is based in Tassie. Just love the bones of her. As you can see it’s amazing and so much more yummy cheeses under all the other goodness. Thank you you rock! 🙏💚

Third date lucky for this beautiful couple Jarrod & Lyndall and their darling daughter Macy! ☘️ COVID did not stop this couple from fulfilling their dream wedding and it all worked out in the end as little Macy could walk down the aisle to her Dad who gave her the biggest hug ever....did I say there may have been a tear or two?! These two beauties fill my heart with so much joy as they have overcome so much with little Macy to get to this their special day!

So humbling to receive a wonderful review from Chloe and Dean even though I didn’t have the privilege to be at their wedding in FNQ today due to COVID restrictions! I also work in aged care and to come home after my shift last night to this beautiful bouquet of flowers put the biggest smile on my face! I love being a Marriage Celebrant regardless of all the curve balls that have been thrown at us, but grateful that I get to make a difference in my other profession caring for our elderly! 🙏💖🥰

I had the absolute pleasure to be the Celebrant for Ainslie & Sven my surrogate children in Cairns In August. They both met while in the Australian Navy and that is how I met them too! We lived a few houses from each other in Sydney and aspiring nurse Ainslie helped me when I had knee surgery last year. We kept each other company while our husbands were at sea!They flew me to Cairns for their special day with close family and friends, a special day that will be remembered for many years to come. This has been one of the most difficult things I have had to write but also the most beautiful send off for my dear friend Natalie. I had the incredible privilege to be Nat & Rob’s Celebrant in 2015. This weekend we supported Rob in giving us her husband, family & Friends some form of closer to be able to live our own lives to the fullest something that Natalie in her beautiful but troubled life could not comprehend. Your beautiful soul is resting now, your mind if free of turmoil, we loved you darling girl more than you will know. R.I.P. 💚 @ Parkwood

What can I say except my last wedding in Sydney was just fabulous, so much love and laughter in the air and also a beautiful tribute to Kehlsa & Chris’s grandparents. I also loved that they chose a wine ritual with their love notes only to be opened on the birth of their first child or on an anniversary of their choices...missing you already!!!
