I'm Kat. I've spent 25 years in hospitality, in Sydney and London, as a qualified chef and pretty much anything else that seemed fun at the time.

Now I'm bringing that experience to you.

Olive asked me what my favourite meal was the other day.
I came up blank... there are too many!

But this! Stuffed conchiglioni with mushrooms and white wine... and so much cheese.
Actually now I think of it, it comes a close second to .mountain and her pumpkin and blue cheese gnocchi.

I see a theme.
