I'm Kat. I've spent 25 years in hospitality, in Sydney and London, as a qualified chef and pretty much anything else that seemed fun at the time.

I came up blank... there are too many!

But this! Stuffed conchiglioni with mushrooms and white wine... and so much cheese.
Actually now I think of it, it comes a close second to .mountain and her pumpkin and blue cheese gnocchi.

I see a theme.

We are at Bilpin District Hall this Friday night!
We have catering provided by Kat from open hearth catering.
6:30pm - 8:00pm. Everyone is welcome.

We also have our first SoDa advisory group meeting at 5pm at the hall. This is our first meeting where we will focus on exploring how to continue SoDa events after the funding comes to an end.

If anyone would like to be part of the conversation, please join us at 5pm.
