Smokalicious is proud to be the longest-serving and only full BBQ catering company in Mackay with daily cooks public or private. As many know, BBQ catering is one of the most demanding industries with early mornings, late nights, tight schedules, and, on some days, sweltering heat. Many staff members or BBQ owners find it difficult to last even a year, handling just one or two events a week. Jess has been with us for an incredible nearly four years.

Jess recently completed an extraordinary feat on her last event catering for three events in a single day: 550 meals for Moranbah, 80 for Coppabella and 150 for a third private event in mackay. All while battling relentless rain.

While Jess is transitioning to a part-time role, maybe, her hard work and presence will be deeply missed. She has been an invaluable team member, always going the extra mile. Her vibrant personality and dedication have made a lasting impact, and we will miss her greatly.

Thank you, Jess, for your hard work and commitment. The Smokalicious team and our valued customers will truly miss you.

Some exciting news for our Loyal customers!!

Since the start of Smokalicious, we have seen so many customers turn into regulars and friends, and continue to support the business.

Just grab a loyalty card from the counter, and we will add on any meal from our menu! (Excluding sml/lge chips).

Our customers out at Nebo Community Sports and Recreation Club Inc. Will be the first to try out our new loyalty cards tonight!
