It appears that my brilliant idea of growing 12 different chillies to educate myself on their nuances and uses may not have been my brightest moment of 2024 !!! Those little yellow suckers from the “ mild “ section have completely nuked all of my sensory receptors ! Can’t even taste tooth paste 😳😳Lordy be !

“Charlotte”made the trip over to South Australia on the weekend for our darling Em’s 30 th birthday . It was a fantastic day and the girls had an even better night apparently 🥴🥴🥂. The sore heads next morning were well earned ❤️❤️

Before and after . 25 stuffed and rolled Chicken mini roasts and a 7.3kg pork roast !! You don’t get service like that in a supermarket. Thank you Lakeside Quality Butcher . The meat was perfect xx

A few Charcuterie boards that went out last night to begin a milestone celebratory dinner . Rocket and Salt and pepper squid boats , Spanish meatballs and a nice cosy roast shared with loved ones. It was a thrill to catch up with a few old friends and to see this beautiful family come together to celebrate a special Dad. This one made my heart happy . ❤️ PS Thanks, as always, to Lakeside Quality Butcher for the amazing meat .Couldn’t do it without you xx
