Cooked by a mate of mine for 30yrs.
When he shoots ya a message to ask how to cook a Brisket and you give him step by step instructions on everything that happens at Get Smoked.
And…. It turns out like this. Absolutely sensational!!!
Sides need a little work 😂 but we’ll get started on that soon.

These Pork knuckles have been in the smoker since 2am and looking phenomenal!
We’lll be serving up Brisket from midday and these knuckles from 1pm.

Fusion at its finest… Texas Brisket, Cheese Kransky Dogs &…
Pork Knuckle. Smoked and served with house made sauerkraut and smoked potato salad. Of course… this knuckle will be basted with lager supplied by Maltnhops!

we’re coming in hot!
The boys from Bogan Gate Pub approached us at Sydney about heading out with our huge smoker for a visit to put on a feed.
They’ve since turned it into a full day with old school trucks and bars, horse and carriage, blacksmith displays and even a face paint for the kids (or adults?)

This is what it’s all about! The love of bbq bringing people people together.

We are super pumped to open up our orders for Xmas. Orders can be collected chilled and ready to reheat or supplied ready to go!
Pick up location is Middle Cove, Sydney, though because we love giving and it's that time of year, we can also arrange delivery locally and to the Central Coast with prior notice.
All orders must be placed directly to Tim and orders will be confirmed once full amount is paid.
All Briskets are WX7 and Ribs are SR4+
All dishes are prepared and cooked in house.
