Construction is under way 🚧 come have some messy fun at our next group 11-12 today at the mechanics hall (in the same building as the library) lakes entrance.

These activities may just seem like a mess but each one will help your child learn Something to help moving forward in life. The play dough tray for example helps young fingers and hands get stronger and helps learn important prewriting skills.

As some of you may know we have themes for our messy play groups. This week's theme was fairies and unicorns 🧚‍♀️ 🦄

The rest of this year is all set out already but I'm starting to plan next year's themes and wanted to see if anyone had an themes they wanted to see next year.

Come join us Wednesdays at the mechanics hall (18 mechanics street lakes entrance, same building and entrance as the Library)
We are now doing two groups on the Wednesday working around the rhyme time at the library for anyone wishing to attend both (rhyme time is 10:30-11 at the library)
Grayrose messy play group times will be
9:30am-10:30am
11am-12pm

Each session is $20 for one child (discount for multiple children) your child will have the full hour to play with all set up activities helping build their skills like fine motor and hand-eye coordination.

All ages welcome (best for over 12 months but if you have a younger child just let me know and I’ll make sure I have activities planned that they can get involved in as well.

All set up and ready for our messy play group today. Come and join us from 10:30 until 11:30 ❤️ we are in the mechanics hall at lakes entrance. Down the hall and I’m right at the end with the door open. If your unsure where to go just ask the lovely staff at the library and they should be able to direct you.

if you only want a short play and feel like an hour if to much. That’s fine come in at 11 or whenever you feel like it. We are here for your little ones to have fun and enjoy the play not get overwhelmed and tired.

Unfortunately due to being unwell I haven’t seen this sign until I turned up at the centre to set up for todays messy play group. Of course due to them being closed today we will be unable to do our messy play group today. I’m sorry to anyone who was wanting to come along and will private message everyone who booked in and make sure you are awear.

So sorry for this inconvenience and stuff around with our group.

Good morning everyone, I’m sadly having to cancel this weeks group again 😞

I come down very sick the end of last week and although I’m feeling a lot better now I’m not quite 100% and my little one still is a little sick as well and as I’ve said before I rather not risk getting anyone else’s little ones sick.

This is sadly the risk I’m running trying to operate a small business. If I am sick and have to not work that day the means the whole group is cancelled 😞 hopefully one day we can get ti a piont we have someone who can take over even when I’m unwell but for now we will just have to keep playing it by ear and trying our best to make fun experiences for your little ones when I’m well ❤️
