Cataract Gorge, Launceston

An ultimate elopement at The Gorge this evening with Daniel, and Ross as witness, on this couple's chosen date of St David's Day as a shoutout to their Welsh heritage. I added a little bunch of faux daffodils to our table for them too 🌼

The always lovely Gorge was still, serene and simply magical. Many of the creatures that call this space home came to check out our little party which was so special.

This interstate pair are one of those couples who I dearly hope we get to catch up with again on their next visit to Tas. What a brilliant time we all had 🥰

Waterton Hall, Rowella

Wonderful Waterton! Such a fantastic space this one, and a venue I am always keen to return to.

Elegance and excitement ruled the day today. From their wedding party of their 10 special people, to their gathered guests, the vibe was high for this one. A truly lovely couple and I knew from the outset of our wedding planning journey why their day would feel so full of love.

A highlight was the St Cecilia Chamber String Quartet playing ceremony music for us - WOW - absolutely brilliant!! They were a perfect addition for this timeless property, and their beautiful music filled the epic space so beautifully.

Every element of this one was stunning, and I loved every moment 🥰

Bells Parade, Latrobe

A perfect summer afternoon for another wedding on this great date - 25/2/25 - at one of my childhood favourite haunts - Bells Parade in Latrobe. This space is soooo pretty, and it was the ideal location for our intimate celebration.

This lovely couple, their children, and their very nearest and dearest were comfortable in the shade of the beautiful trees by the water, complete with fish intermittently jumping up out of the water putting on a show for us!

Their eldest daughter danced her way into the ceremony, her excitement and energy so infectious and adorable. Some amazing personal vows and inclusions for their children brought all the most beautiful feels. Such a fabulous day to be part of 🥰

Cataract Gorge, Launceston

Back to the wonderful Gorge for an intimate wedding, on the most sensational summer morning, on another great date - 25/2/25!

This gorgeous couple and their close group of friends and family gathered in this beautiful space to celebrate ... but we were not alone!

As the couple read their very special personal vows to each other, a peacock casually strolled in and stood behind them. Then the mother hen and her 5 little babies wandered down to join us too. How magical!

Their proud flower girl did a brilliant job with her bubble wand at the beginning and end of the ceremony, and there was such a special feeling of warmth and love amongst this group for the newlyweds 🥰

West Head Lookout, Greens Beach

An Ultimate elopement for a lovely couple today - just the two of them, both sets of their proud and happy parents, Daniel capturing the moments, and me making it all official!

One of the greatest perks in my role as a Celebrant has been to discover so many epic spaces in our little island state, and West Head Lookout is definitely one of those, just 10 minutes north of Greens Beach.

The weather was starting to cool off after a warm day for our ceremony, and that golden light was beginning to shine through for us - evening summer weddings have a real air of holiday vibes about them. We did all of the legally required things, with some gorgeous personal inclusions, (and a lovely bouquet from Humble Bumble Flower), and as the sunset began to transform the sky, the newlyweds headed off with Daniel for more of those amazing photos.

Super sweet, simple and special, exactly as these two had ordered! So good 🥰

Stefano Lubiana Wines, Granton

A date as special as 22/2 called for 2 weddings, and my 2nd was at the incredible Stefano Lubiana Wines.

I can see why this is such a popular wedding venue. Our guests stayed comfortable in the shade in the 33 degree heat right up until go time. Isabella at the venue had every tiny detail sorted, so it all flowed seamlessly. So many picturesque spots for photos. Not to mention the bubbles.. yum!

Not a dry eye in the house for these two (mine included of course! I have definitely not managed to stop falling in love with my couples...)

A truly beautiful pair inside and out, I loved sharing their day 🥰

Private Property, Mole Creek

A hidden gem in Northern Tas for a super sweet elopement today. This incredible property (circa 1830's) is so picturesque and pretty - and ticks another off my list of "Wow, I didn't even know this place existed" list! Beautiful gardens and lovely old buildings, this space perfectly suited our needs today.

Opting for a later ceremony to make the most of the golden light, we gathered together - our visiting international couple, and the property owner and photographer as our two witnesses - so intimate and happy 🥰

Such an epic location for today's Ultimate Elopement.

We had an intimate ceremony with the loveliest interstate couple, and their 6 special guests, along with Daniel capturing the wonderful memories.

The weather was mild and a little breezy which added to the magic and created some gorgeous moments with the bride's veil!

We wandered down to the chapel afterwards to sign our documents and celebrate some more.

Back to one of my all time favourite elopement locations for an early morning celebration for a wonderful couple.

This lovely pair are from overseas and we began planning their elopement adventure some months ago to tie in with their long awaited trip to Tasmania. They are one of those couples that even though we mainly had email interactions, we formed such a bond and had such a great time putting it all together, and I was so excited to finally meet them face to face this morning.

A perfect 16 degrees, sunny and magical for our morning ceremony. Just the two of them, with my husband and friend as our witnesses, we honestly could have hung out there with them all day.

Lots of hugs, laugh and chatter, such a fun morning in this picturesque part of Tassie - absolute perfection 🥰

Early morning elopement, Lilydale
Afternoon elopement, Liffey Falls

Double the fun with two elopements today, in two glorious locations!

An early start with a fresh and crisp morning elopement in beautiful Lilydale, for a very sweet couple visiting from Queensland (what a shock they had with our sudden very cool weather in the height of summer!).

A leisurely brunch for my wonderful roadie and I, then we met up with photographer Daniel and our second lovely couple for an Ultimate elopement at Liffey Falls. After a good amount of rain yesterday the falls had a reasonable amount of water flowing. But this space is always so pretty, that magical rainforest air, the picture perfect ferns and easy walk into the falls never disappoint.

Both very different celebrations, and both extremely happy and touching. What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday 🥰

Private Farm, Cleveland

Today's celebration was in the most epic and beautifully prepared space - one of my all time favourite's for the pure wow factor when I first saw it.

The weather was anything but a summery day - it was cold and raining for most of the day - there was even snow in parts of the state and we could certainly feel it. Thankfully the rain cleared in time for us to have our ceremony in this spectacular sunflower filled field that this couple had created, under the most majestic tree.

These two were so down to earth, relaxed and easygoing, and their personal vows so moving and lovely. And as I have said before, family property weddings are such a brilliant vibe, every guest part of a village of excited and happy onlookers, and so many family members have lovingly helped to make every element come together. So so good 🥰

Back to one of my favourites yesterday for a wonderful celebration 😊

Everything about this space is so lovely, in the beautifully manicured gardens on the water. A nice cooler change was a relief too!

Gorgeous florals from Lily West Tamar, music by Hugo Bladel, fine details covered by Saige Events, and Candice from JC ensuring everything was just perfect for go time, it all came together so perfectly. I can't wait to see Tegan's photos from this one 😍

A warm and fun crowd, mostly interstate and international visitors to our little island, full of excitement for this beautiful couple, it was such a great atmosphere.

Sandridge Estate, Boat Harbour

My previous weddings in this awesome space have made me think of this one as the party venue - and today firmly kept that theme going! Everything about this one was so much fun 😊

Their big wedding party along with over 100 guests brought all the good vibes! The weather conditions were perfect and the space was set up for a great night ahead 🎉

This gorgeous pair laughed and cried their way through their heartfelt and funny vows, along with the rest of us 🥰

And what a gift to give all their guests a long weekend (and an extra long one for Southern Tas guests)!

A little off topic from weddings, but totally on point with my main focus of love!

My darling girl Sam has been very unwell for the past two weeks. (Hopefully well on the road to recovery now).

Amidst all the wonderful weddings I was so thrilled to be a part of, I also had a lot of worry and heartache behind the scenes as we have been dealing with some aging pet problems.

Weddings must go on, and deserve my full attention and energy, and being so organised has definitely been my super strength!

A huge thankyou to my absent roadie who has helped lighten the load by making sure our girl has had company and care at all times. And to the couples who not only graciously changed appointment times with me but also sent messages of love and support, thank you so much ❤️

A few days off has come at the perfect time, I will be over here busily writing ceremonies with my sweet girl convalescing right next to me 🥰

Emu Valley Rhododendron Garden, Romaine

My first time in this incredible space and I am already planning my next visit!

The most picturesque manicured gardens surrounding a pretty lake, and beautiful lawns leading up to the lovely Rotunda where we had our ceremony = every aspect truly stunning.

120 party ready guests gathered by the water and cheered this gorgeous couple on. And what a cracking summers day for a garden wedding 🌞
