I have this little manual focus, vintage lens that I’ve started taking with me for some duplicate shots. When it’s on point, it’s sharp as a tack (although a little dusty) and when it’s not, it’s an absolute vibe anyway.

People will tell you to kiss half way down the aisle… don’t.

Often times the “aisle” is only a few rows of chairs and then scattered guests. If you stop half way down a short aisle, sometimes you’ve quite literally only enjoyed 2 metres of the walk, It can look and feel awkward. We suggest sharing your aisle kiss near the end is the aisle, just before the last row of chairs or the last chunk of guests before the aisle filters out. That way there’s more of your guests in the background of the shot and after the kiss you can get straight to hugging your loved ones! Also, skip the dip if you haven’t mastered it or it doesn’t feel natural. It will look 100x better than a forced moment. These guys kept it simple and it looked beautiful, it felt natural and most of all, it was an authentic moment for them! 🖤

They sailed the high seas in their own boat, built a tiny home on Bruny Island, had a gorgeous little girl, renovated a bus ready for travelling, got secretly married in front of their grandparents and finally got to have the most wonderful wedding party! The weather may have turned to crap, but the vibes were high and they braved the rain with us to produce some serious love ✨
