When you miraculously both have the weekend off… you go on adventures!
Our weekend started with a behind the scenes ‘research and development’ trip to where we met the lovely Stuart, who showed us the future of truffle harvesting and cockatoo chasing 😂 we met the gorgeous Lani and Jager, who showed us through their truffiére (truffle orchard) and we learnt loads about truffles. I’m not a fan myself, but I could be converted!
Then we went for another drive to Mornington Peninsula, where we caught up with ‘s old work mate, who’s now down at the recently renovated (and gorgeous!)
The lovely Lucas spilt us with delicious dumplings from their menu - I was too busy eating to take photos of them all! 😍🥟🥂

So… it’s been a while since I’ve posted anything!
And I have to be honest - there’s been a reason as to why I’ve been so quiet.
Covid was an incredibly difficult season for everyone. For those planning their weddings, for those working in the industry, for those that are partners, friends and family, for everyone; it’s been a hard season.
Mental health concerns have been on the rise, and really shown up in this post covid world.
None of us are immune, and mental health is so important. Be kind, gracious, and understand that we are all doing our best.
For my own mental health and well being, I needed to take some time away from socials. Moving forward, there will be some changes, and exciting things happening - but this is me being honest about a serious lack of enthusiasm, commitment, and drive to be posting things on socials. I’m promising to do better.

It’s been a hot minute (okay, months) since anything has been posted.
Not going to lie, the big c-word really put a dent in what I wanted to post and say, and so, I kept quiet.
But, now that we seem to be through the woods, I’m delighted to start posting and sharing the love again!
2022 and 2023 are looking to be bumper years for and I’m so excited to start sharing what’s been going on!
