On a gorgeous mid-summers day, amongst the lush greenery of the wisteria arbour at the botanic gardens with their two closest friends as witnesses all to the far-off sounds of some delightful muso crooning The Beatles... it was bliss!

Whilst Covid meant that for these two gorgeous humans (and their adorable daughter Bertie), their wedding day did not go exactly to plan, I truly believe their intimate ceremony in the stunning gardens of was everything it should have been and more! ⁠
⁠
I mean, we started our ceremony in the exact same manner that they started their relationship....⁠
⁠
And that was with a Shot of Campari!!! 🥃⁠
⁠
What resulted was so much fun and (just like Campari) robust, zesty with enough sweetness to balance the bitterness, and just enough kick to keep things interesting! ⁠

This is my Grandpa, Max Cooper and his 1920s-era Triumph.⁠
⁠
Grandpa passed away a month ago today and I was lucky enough to be able to present at his funeral service. ⁠

As well as his love for motorbikes he was also a talented singer and was very musical, always striding around, whistling some tune or another... it’s clear to see where my passions for both music and being on the back of a bike comes from!

RIP grandpa 🖤

Well hasn't it been a hot minute?! ⁠

And what a way to launch back into the 'gram than with and epic elopement adventure that I was lucky enough to be a part of along with the divine and as witnesses.⁠
⁠
Imagine packing up your car and going on a day-long adventure... exploring old churches, red dirt tracks and some of the most isolated coastlines on the Eyre Peninsula before arriving at a rugged remote cliffside monument for your ceremony, with only three vendors in tow?! ⁠
⁠
That's exactly what Steph and Sam did and it will forever go down as one of my favourite experiences.⁠
⁠
We breathed the salt air and listened to the waves and they were married surrounded by candles they lit to represent their closest loved ones... Intimate, full of adventure and a whole lot of fun!!!! ⁠

My little mate!

Freddie and I bonded over our love of hot chips and knowing the characters from Paw Patrol so it was only natural that he and I would hang out during his mummy and daddy’s surprise river-side wedding!

It’s true I bloody love working with kids and animals and when this cheeky monkey led his dad to the ceremony playing a fake sax, I was a gonna!

An elopement held in a hidden glen amongst a fire-scarred bush... Bec and Nicole's ceremony was filled with smiles, tears and love so tangible...⁠

⁠Surrounded by nature, the sound of bird call and an intimate group of loved ones, these two delightful women were married and it was a joy to be a part of!

The connection between the two and the friendship we have formed through being part of a local community is undeniably special.

In my past life, I was a rep who flew nearly every week so being grounded for over 2 years now due to the C-word has been a * wee bit* of a change. ⁠

Sam and Steph stepped in with one hell of an adventure elopement to the West Coast of the Eyre Peninsula back on a Monday in Nov, and it was a day I will never forget! Stay tuned for the Elopement pics, I promise, they are EPIC!!!! ⁠

After taking mental note of a (non-too-subtle) ring pic that had texted him a year prior, one day when felt the time was right he went and bought the exact ring, visited her father to run it past him and planned the proposal all in one day! ⁠
⁠
Clearly, Sarah had no idea of what was to come, taking her sweet time and only returning home that evening after midnight and was completely caught off guard when she did finally walk in the door and discovered Craig had strewn flowers all over their bed... ⁠
⁠
But that was nothing to the shock she experienced when he got down on one knee and pulled out the ring. ⁠

In fact, she was so shocked that the first words out of her mouth were an emphatic ‘you better not be fu***ng joking’ ⁠
