All Abilities Strength Divisions are available at Empire's Event on Saturday 26th October
This year's qualifying rounds are back on the 26th and 27th of October. is an amazing inclusive Strongman Competition to try out the sport of Strongman. All abilities have a safe and inclusive division to compete in.
Every Static Monsters event can host but we would like to offer special mention to The Empire Bodyshop

2024 Yoke Challenge is less than 24 hours away + we are exploding with gratitude for all the incredible humans that continue to step up to support this Challenge every year!
Alongside our Fam in Caboolture, we will be running 4 Yokes at Empire kicking off at 8am tomorrow (Northside also running 4 Yokes 🙌 kick off at 7am)
For some, this is their first time, for others this is their 3rd.
It's simply mind blowing watching how far this has grown since its inception in 2021 by P + Boss Brad + how many know full well the difficult task ahead, but sign back up anyway 🔥
It's about carrying the weight of something bigger than us, for 5 hours ~ which is only a drop in the ocean for those in our families + communities who have suffered or are suffering.
The journey out of darkness is not one we should or can do alone, it takes a Village + with every year we do this, we hope to inspire more of our Strong Tribe to get involved.
In AU we aim to raise as much awareness + funding for who are instrumental in their research + access to Mental Health services that our people so desperately need.

Everything we do at Empire, comes from our Heart 🖤
This post being something that has taken us weeks to process + write, because if its worth doing, it's worth doing properly 👏
We wanted to start off our Grudge Match IV Resurrection Spam, with how overwhelming it is to sit back + realise how many people have (be it blind) faith in your ability to bring a Vision to Life.
That really is something very difficult to articulate!
To be trusted with the mammoth role of running an Event as unique as Grudge Match, for SO many incredible Athletes, alongside our Country's best? It really is something dreams are made of!
This post is to show our deepest gratitude to those who make these Dreams come true + to give our wider Community an idea of how amazing our Village actually is!
There are so many more to praise, we will get to that we promise, but this is a massive thankyou to everyone who has put their trust + faith in us as a Promoter, to bring the very best of what we can do, to You!
Sure the mud was s**t, Coach Em complained more than everyone put together 🤣
But every Athlete on that field + Volunteer made us fall in love with this sport all over again.

The Event that made us fall in love with Strong(wo)man + our Village, all over again!
With more rain than we knew what to do with leading into Game Day, every simulation + test proving successful ~ the heavens opened up despite the forecast + the first full day of sun was upon us!
While the odds were not in our favour with ground conditions + extreme heat (who would have thought!!!); Grudge Match Resurrection was not only a test of character, it was a nod to the origins of our Sport.
The Courage, Resilience + Acceptance every single Human brought to that field ~ Athletes + Officials alike, was pivotal in reminding us that Life is not about what you can acheive in perfect conditions.
What a humbling experience that was brought to life by so many incredible Humans, we have struggled to find the words to truly describe our gratitude for each individual who hauled ass all day in unexpected conditions!
The Athletes composed themselves with grace, supported each other + the energy that was high all day is very hard to describe unless you were there!
We all got caked in mud, wet, sunburnt + had a ripper time that made core memories for more than just Mud!
There wasn't a soul on that field that didn’t go ALL IN!
THAT 🙏 Is Strong(wo)man

JUNIOR SQUAD 2024 🔥
What started as fulfilling a need for our Powerlifting + Strong(wo)man Crew to facilitate structured training for their Kids, developed into the most rewarding weekly session in Empire's history!
Some of our Juniors have been with us for 8 years, others only starting this year: all of whom inspired by the Adult Role Models in their worlds, be it Mum, Dad, Uncle or even Grandma 🖤
Unfortunately for the world of Coaching, a singular study back in the 80s forbid anyone to introduce "Strength training" for Kids, citing growth plate inhibition + growth stunting.
This study has been disproven time + time again ever since + in fact, it has been identified that Strength training within a controlled environment at any age, builds robust + healthy bodies for longer in life #strongerforlonger
Alot of parents out there are scared about their babies being under "crazy weights" (we would be too 😅) but thats not what Junior Squad is about.
It is an amazing way to introduce Teamwork to kids who are not inclined to jump on a field with a ball.
It could be argued that what is done within a Gym environment is much more + predictable than ball related , team sports but we can leave that for another day 😉🖤
Our kids, just like us, learn.
We learn by making mistakes, feedback + learning more about the sophisticated vessel our body is + what it needs to function + thrive.
This is your sign to look into ways you too, can support the next generation of Strong Kids or even Strength Sport Athletes 💪

There are 2 ways that You can join the Empire Crew;
If You know an existing Empire Crew member or a member of the Empire Coaching Team, get in touch with them & ask them to meet with an Empire Coach.
Alternatively, contact directly one of the Empire Coaches to have your request to join the Empire Crew, reviewed & attend an Introductory Interview with Empire’s Lead Coach.
There are no Classes on Empire’s schedule that are too difficult for any of our Clients to participate in.
