Our admin hours are on 9am to 2.30pm, Monday to Friday. During eisteddfods there may be delays in answering as no admin will be in the office due to being onsite. We have an automated generated answer-bot that you can ask questions to prevent these delays. We always strive to be sure that everyone enjoys the experience of being photographed, feeling great about themselves afterwards thanks to posi

6 Photo Days & 7 Concerts so much fun and joy seeing these young performers do what they love 🥰 Thanks to our amazing team you guys are awesome 🤩

As you can imagine we are quite loaded up with editing but our team are working through this asap. Please keep an eye on our socials as viewing galleries etc become available

We are working through those who have emailed queries asap unfortunately this start of this season has required us to be out of the office for significant periods

Finally those who have ordered a concert recording these will be sent out at the end of our concert season. Apologises for any confusion from our wording when the order was placed.
We aim to get all orders completed as soon as possible but we will always endeavour them released before Christmas.
Please understand that only digital links will be out prior to Christmas, physical USBs if they are purchased usually are not able to be completed until the new year.
