Ella celebrated her birthday creating dream catchers with her friends on Sunday at Harper Bee Party Central We were so busy getting creative that I didn't get the chance to take many photos. But the group photo says it all, it was fun, colourful and everyone's creation was unique 🌈🥳😊

Last term Miss 16 created this beautiful artwork for her school art class 😍 She received 100% for her assessment which included other art pieces as well (I was only allowed to share this one). Very proud Mum here 😁

Yesterday Lily celebrated her 9th birthday making slime with her friends. This is usually a messy party, but these girls were very clean with their creating.

They loved seeing the slime glow in the dark and the favourite slime of the day was the fluffy slime 🥳

On the weekend Chase celebrated his 11th birthday getting messy and creating slime with his friends. They were a friendly bunch waving to everyone who walked past the studio. They were laughing the whole time while making slime, playing with balloons, there was even dancing 😁🥳

Yesterday Amelia celebrated her 10th birthday with a Slime Party with her friends and family. It was messy and fun and everyone liked the fluffy slime the best because it was so soft. Mum Treena was very happy she didn't have to clean up the mess, we even did the catering for her 🥳

Olivia celebrated her 7th birthday tie dyeing with her friends. This would have to be the first party where everyone chose the spiral design, and each one turned out as unique as it's creator 🌈

It was colourful, messy and lots of fun 🥳

The cake was also tie dyed inside & out and looked amazing. And all guests enjoyed the party food with our catering option add on 😋

Isabella celebrated her 7th birthday with a tie dye party, getting creative with t shirts, tote bags plus scrunchies and bandanas. Everyone's creation turned out amazing with spirals being the most popular design 🌈

Nicholas celebrated his 13th birthday with a cool science party yesterday 🥳 This amazing bunch of teenagers had lots of laughs and fun creating experiments and launching rockets in the backyard.

Nicholas's mum really got into the theme with all the decorations and party food. Check out the cool sign and yummy petri dishes 🪱

7 years ago I attended my first ever dream catcher workshop with my sister. I loved creating dream catchers so much that it was only natural that I started selling them and Whimsical Dreaming was born.

There's been a few changes over the years including moving the business 1000km away from where it all started 🙃 I wanted to share my love of creating so I introduced workshops and then parties became a natural progression.

I've also expanded my offerings to include a variety of workshops and kids parties like adult Macrame workshops, kids Sewing lessons and Tie Dye, Slime and Science parties plus my newest party - Skate Deck Painting 🥳

I love what I do. It not only keeps, my creative side alive, it's so much fun too!

On the weekend Eddy celebrated his 9th birthday creating science experiments with his friends. They had fun making bouncy balls and then seeing how high they could bounce (almost touching the ceiling). The lava lamps looked great glowing in the dark. But the most fun was had pretending to be unicorns with their rockets on their heads 🤣 And of course launching the rockets was fun too! Eddy was a natural launching his rocket the furthest every time 🚀

On Sunday Mackenzie celebrated her 11th birthday with a tie dye party. There were lots of amazing colourful creations 🌈 Spirals were a hit yet again with some unique creations amongst the mix as well 😊

Last weekend my daughter and I attended a book folding workshop. It's something I've always wanted to do. It was a relaxing experience in the perfect environment Kitten Vintage Mackay with Biscuit the cat supervising our every fold 😊

The best part of a tie dye party!

Finally finished this beautiful rainbow for a little girls birthday 🌈 Thanks for ordering off me again Sarah 😊

I recently tried my hand at micro macrame, creating these anklets for a custom order. I love how they turned out 🥰 so much so I think I will start creating more. Thanks Natasha for trusting me to make these for yourself and your family 😊

Haha 🤣 This is me on my way to a 70's themed birthday party showing off my fab dress and the macrame belt I made to go with it. I used a simple pattern inspired by my plant hangers. I think it turned out great 😍 As for the photo it was bright and we were rushed (in defence of my squint 😁)

I had a lovely morning collaging with Passed Down Pieces I'm so happy with how my frame turned out 😍

We spent the weekend in Brisbane visiting family and I did some doodling on the plane. I'm not an artist by any means, but I'm happy with my attempt at a couple of frangipani's 😍

Do you like the macrame name I made for this rainbow wall hanging? I love how it turned out 🥰 I think I will be offering these for everything I make including my dream catchers. What do you think?
