The weather was perfect and there were so many things I loved about your Ceremony! Your flower girls and Paige boy started the ceremony and did an amazing job. Congratulations to our newlyweds Mr and Mrs Baker!!! My favourite part of their love story was that lot of people saw their beautiful love story unfold well before our newlyweds did and honestly there was not a dry eye in the house!

There weren’t only tears there was also a huge rain cloud and a passing shower which led to an exclusive private signing afterwards and it couldn’t have turned out better if we tried.

Mackay is so lucky to now have a Ronald McDonald Family Room at the Mackay Base Hospital!!!

For those of you who know our story, our son was born 26+2 days and we were in hospital for 14 weeks. We stayed in the Ronald Mcdonald house in Townsville for the first 9 weeks while our son was in NICU then transferred to Mackay Special Care for a further 6 weeks. At the time, there was no Ronald Mcdonald facilities in Mackay.

Last year the Ronald McDonald Family Room in Mackay opened and for the last 3 years we have been donating to the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) to help others who also find themselves in a similar stressful situation.

What lots of people don’t know Ronald McDonald House Charities Australia is funded by donations, don’t worry we also didn’t know this!

Last year we raised $10,000 from our Elopement + Fundraiser event including donations and are holding one again this year! The best part is we have a date and will be announcing it very soon 📅
