Hey all, we are CREATE MAITLAND, a new NFPO that aims to foster and promote local creatives through a variety of individual projects and events. We are all super excited (and busy) getting this thing started but the problem is...we lack presence. We need image, we need clout, we need... A LOGO. And so we've decided to host a competition. We would like to give a local graphic designer the opportunity to create Create Maitland's new logo and facebook banner. The bar is not high as you can see from the current standing prototype below 😂😂😂 but if you submit an entry to our competition and your design is chosen by the Create Maitland board you can stand to win 2 FREE TICKETS FOR 2 EVENTS at Sun Street Studios valid for this year and next. This will give you and a friend entry to any event hosted at and presented by Sun Street.

The warm & spacious Sun Street Studios returns for the Winter season: Opening this Saturday with the annual Maitland Heritage Fest Piano Recital ... featuring the works of three 1800 & 1900's Maitland composers; Harry Hyndes, Guglielmo Lardelli and Marmaduke Wilson.
Pianist, Erin Sweetman accompanied by soprano Annabella Redman will also cover some local contemporary works and other classics. This Saturday 17th June 6:30 pm. $35 beginning with a glass of Boydell's sparkling Verdhello & canapes inclusive.
