On 2 September 2008 I was appointed as a Civil Marriage Celebrant by the Federal Attorney General. Today, 15 years and 1 week later, I presented my last wedding ceremony at one of my favourite venues - Secrets on the Lake. What a joyful 15 years I have had. Thank you to all the couples who entrusted their wedding ceremony to me, thank you to the wonderful venues who have recommended my services and thank you to the wonderful professionals - especially the photographers - with whom I have worked closely, for your ongoing support.

50 Years ago the first Civil Marriage Celebrant, Lois D'Arcy, was appointed in Australia - making not just Australian, but also world history.
Some 40 years ago my Mum was appointed as a civil marriage celebrant and continued in this role in her remote community until her eyesight failed her in her early 80s. I have been proud to follow in her footsteps and have loved my 15 years as a marriage celebrant.
I am now ready to hand my baton over to my lovely friend and fabulous colleague - the warm & witty, smiling & supportive, always at the ready, lover of writing & presenting - Debi at Magnoliaco.au. Debi has impressed me no end with her warmth and her attention to detail in everything she does, and especially her role as a marriage celebrant.

"The Celebrant Kit" is ready - basic documents, guidelines & procedures, and more to allow you to focus on the creative side of being a marriage celebrant.
These are documents I have created, tweaked and honed over the last 15 years. Student & beginning celebrants I am mentoring have found them very useful.
As I am retiring later this year, I am making these available as Word documents that you can tweak and add your own logo etc to reflect your business.
I am asking just $75 for over 20 documents and this includes a 30 minute phone consult to answer any questions you may have.
