From the first look to the last dance, Dani & Jack's NYE wedding blew us away!

Think everything huge x 100! From guest list to Bridal Crew to the most beautiful BIG FLUFFY blooms to the gigantic Paella Pans - it was MAGICAL and MASSIVE!

Most of all it was BIG LOVE for this gorgeous couple - Congratulations to The Fallons!

THE FALLONS | A NEW YEARS EVE EXTRAVAGANZA!

It was NYE but we're still soaking in the euphoric vibes following Danni & Jack's MASSIVE New Years Eve celebration!

With a packed crew featuring all of their (nearly 200!) family & friends, it was TOTALLY next level and full of all the feels from start to finish!

DAY FIVE : AUTUMN ALLURE

How could you not be swooning over T & Z's EPIC Autumn extravaganza !

A masterclass in doing it your own way from start to finish with the ceremony "flipped" to make the most of the gorgeous Autumn light. All credit to the mastermind Jim from Justin and Jim - Photographers for setting this one up!

DAY FOUR: CEREMONY OPTIONS | WHEN TWO IS BETTER THAN ONE

Whether you prefer our Original Garden ceremony area, the Open Lawn under the Elms or the majestic Sacred Heart Cathedral (just minutes away), we've got you covered.

For P & M it wasn't about choosing one ceremony but balancing an EPIC January wedding day with two services!

Starting with a service at Bendigo's Sacred Heart Cathedral, guests then moved to Chateau Dore in preparation for a traditional Sri Lankan service complete with dancers/drummers and THE most beautiful traditional dress.

Our January gardens were in full bloom with masses of roses, lavender & hydrangea with plenty of shade from the mighty Elms.

The day was filled with love, laughter and woven with tradition which combined to take it to the next level. So many great memories made on the glorious summer day!

DAY THREE : WHAT IS YOUR HAPPILY EVER AFTER?

For E & T it was about saying "I do" in front of their ALL of their family and friends (and there were many!).

Following their ceremony under the shade of the mighty Elms, guests enjoyed an afternoon in the gardens followed by a feast for all to remember.

Meanwhile we were totally crushing on the exquisite styling & blooms from Style by Ashleigh K, THOSE hydrangeas - wow!

DAY TWO: A SPANISH FIESTA!

M & A's NYE 2023 wedding had party vibes from start to finish, supported with the most fabulous Spanish feast from Little Sangria, one of our fav Food Trucks at The Chateau. Think Tapas starters, mouth watering Paella & finishing with homemade Gelato - delicioso!

After a moving ceremony in our intimate garden space, guests moved on to the lawns to continue the celebrations then later dancing inside until the early hours of 2024.

The Bride & Groom TOTALLED embraced the fun, festive vibes taking the party to a new level!

Food Trucks are a great alternative and can form part of your wedding vibe - ask us how to create your Cocktail style event, with Food Vans or with our inhouse catering - your day, your way!

Those vague days between Christmas & New Year are upon us and great for scrolling, dreaming and for some, planning.

DAY ONE: FABULOUSLY INTIMATE & INDOORS

We start with J & A, an intimate Wedding on a gorgeous Spring Day, where they choose to wed in our Chapel Room, but still enjoyed the garden and surrounds. The Chapel Room is usually our back up in case or rain but it can be your first choice - it's your day!

WEDSPIRATION WEDNESDAY | CHLOE & MATT

Chloe & Matt's wedding was a masterclass in effortless romance, and complete reflection of their perfect union. With an amazing group of family and friends all so excited to see them wed, it was an absolute privilege for us to play a part in their special day last Saturday.

The minimalist sophistication of Chloe's gown was matched by Matt's classic Black & White Dinner suit and perfectly balanced with the highlights of blue in the florals, custom blue bomboniere (who doesn't love a stubbie holder to take home!) and fabulous cake from .peac.h. A champagne tower to kick off speeches added the final wow factor!

Mr & Mrs Hancock - we salute you!

We are still reflecting on the miracle of last Saturday's ceremony, with the skies clearing literally moments before this gorgeous couple's wedding ceremony!

There may have been some of us with our doubts about the decision to move outside, but Jeremy & Genevieve stayed the course and WOW what a ceremony! The first great call of a fabulous newly married couple - what a team, (apparently 6 sausages buried in their garden the night before were the secret to success but the jury is out on that one!).

Congratulations Gen & Jeremy, what a great start to a magical life together.

What a dip, what a day!!

It was so exciting to see this gorgeous couple tie the knot OUTSIDE in the gardens on Saturday. After many hours of solid rain, the skies cleared with minutes to go before the ceremony, so the switch was made and dreams became reality!

WEDSPIRATION WEDNESDAY | ASH & DREW - PRETTY IN PINK

This stunning couple's wedding was a masterclass in DIY as they lent into the PRETTIEST of pink decor for a dreamy, romantic spring vibe that was absolutely EFFORTLESS!

Ash & Drew's day was full of BIG BIG fun and so much love. Guys, in short you ROCKED!

We LOVED:

All that pink (how could you not!), including our Dinner Menus in pink and tapered candles on the Bridal Table.

DONUTS for days - no other word but EPIC for this one - Nic from Bake Me I'm Yours knocked it out of the park!

PJ's to finish in complete comfort and get those moves going on the dancefloor, we feel like this could be the NEXT BIG THING - love it!
