To our valued guests,
A quick update about the rising flood water in SA as per many questions we are receiving.
All Airbnb bookings at Twelve Eighteen will remain unaffected!
We are thankfully only expecting the water to reach the fire pit (approximately) as seen in the second photo, the house and other lawned areas will be safe! Unfortunately this does mean the boat ramp will be out of use for guests until the water goes down.
We will be in contact with our guests if anything changes.
For those with wedding reservations with us, we will be in contact with you all individually to discuss the options!
We are grateful to be able to continue our business through this tough time, our thoughts are with all those who have/will be forced to close.
