Hope to see you at this fundraiser for my daughter Natalie who is volunteering her time to help “grow Cambodia”. She will be teaching during her time there and funds raised from this pizza and pasta night will allow her to purchase educational resources for the schools. We as “Catering With Class” Will provide the Pizza and the wonderful volunteers at Mareeba International Club will provide the “Pasta.” See you there.

Unfortunately due to storm damage to the proposed venue - Mareeba International Club, the New Years Eve Celebration has had to be cancelled. Apologies to all who planned to be there. We look forward to hosting a similar event during 2024.

This Saturday, 24th September 2022 marks the end of our current trading as “Catering With Class.” We have been honored to have catered for so many events and thank you for your wonderful patronage.
For Angela, it has been a challenging time fighting health battles and family tragedy and the time has come for her to retire (again) and enjoy such retirement.
For myself, Rena, I have loved the challenge of catering so much that I cannot simply retire so I have decided that I will take the rest of the year off and starting in February, I will continue to trade as “Catering With Class” with a few changes to my services. Please keep a lookout for such changes on my page and website.
Once again, thank you all for your support and we wish all our customers a wonderful Christmas.

Dear friends,

Thank you so much for coming to our Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea, and helping to make it the special time that it was.

Together, we contributed to the $11,244,852 raised across the country… incredible!

The team at Cancer Council have gotten in touch and asked me to pass on their thanks too.

Your donations will go a long way in helping them provide vital support services to ensure no patient or family faces cancer alone, as well as fund ground-breaking research into gentler and more effective treatment methods to help create a cancer free future.

We would like to thank all the beautiful people who came along and supported our Biggest Morning Tea yesterday. From the feedback received, everyone had a great time and interacted in the games, auctions and raffles - there was lots of laughter which was lovely to hear. I can't thank Annalisa Savaglio enough for her comparing, she was brilliant and thank you also to the ladies who got up and helped her with auctions etc.
I must send our a big thank you to our Sponsors who gave generously to our prize pool: Howe Farming Enterprises; Del Howe; Caffe Crema: Russo's Quality Meats; Curcio's Bakery; Mareeba News; Cleall's Butchery; Daniel and Sheree Chester and Frances Cristaldi and the Mareeba Bowls Club for allowing us to use their Club free of charge.

When you book to attend our Biggest Morning Tea, don't forget to tell us if you have any dietary requirements so we can look after you on the day. Also the bar at the Bowls Club will be open with most beers and spirits however, if you have any specific drink (like champagne) you would like them to stock (sorry no cocktails) please also let us know.

To our valuable customers.

After a busy 5 years, we have made the tough decision to hang up our aprons and finish Catering With Class.

It has been an amazing journey. The feedback we have received has been so wonderful and we want to take this moment to say a big thank you to all of our customers for their incredible patronage and support. We couldn’t have done it without you.

We welcome the support of someone wishing to buy and take over the business as there is a definite need for quality catering in the Tablelands area. Please reach out to Rena if you are interested.

Our final day of business will be 30th September, 2022 so don’t forget to get in touch for your upcoming events.

Yesterday was our final event for 2021 which was held at Savannah. They were treated to a Christmas dinner of Baked Ham, Roast Turkey, Potato Bake, Vegies and Christmas Trifle and were all feeling very festive. We would like to thank our customers and wish you all a very Merry Christmas with your loved ones - we look forward to catering for you in 2022.

Phew what a weekend!! We catered for 55 at Savannah Lifestyle Resorts on Friday, a Rural Fire Brigade weekend workshop at the Bowls Club and Saturday night we were honoured to cater for 150 people at the wedding of Carissa Tahir and Justin Wilds. Congratulations to you both, it was such a lovely wedding and the fact that there were qualified Chefs present (including the groom) was very daunting but the feedback so positive and for that we say thanks. Have a wonderful life.
