We’re beyond excited to share with you that we’re on the delivery team for a new, world-class wine and food celebration to be set in the stunning Margaret River region, scheduled for this 14-17 November! Introducing you to Pair’d: an immersive journey of exploration and indulgence 🍷. It’s the coming together of expected and unexpected pairings unique to the South West, where adventure and luxury meet.

We are excited to be working alongside Mellen Events and We Are Gather to bring this festival to life and can’t wait to share with you the exciting program of events in coming months.

When we say that Subi Spritz is a culinary journey through the Mediterranean, this is what we mean. Day after day we’ve been indulging in Spanish-style tapas, gourmet degustation menus, homemade pasta, grazing platters, Conti rolls, and so much more, all across Subiaco. A couple of weeks ago we gathered on country and in community to celebrate First Nations culture of the South West. From a beautiful Welcome to Country by Undalup Association Inc. to a day of crafts, music and dance, we loved learning from the region’s Noongar custodians.

A shoutout to our incredible vollies, who will be making sure you all have a fabulous and safe time at Act Belong Commit Bunuru Festival 2024.

More than 20 members of the community will be donating their time to help with parking, workshops, set up, pack down and all other elements of the event, and we couldn’t do it without their generous support.

We’re just one month away from Undalup Association Inc.'s 2024 Act Belong Commit Bunuru Festival 2024, and the program is nearly complete!

Your favourite activities are returning, plus there’s a range of new workshops and happenings to keep the family entertained:

Taking a moment for one of our faves, to share some very exciting news. Our very good mates, Evan Hayter and Ann Spencer (formerly of Arimia), are on the cusp of opening their newest culinary venture, located right on the Margs main street. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​de’sendent is a 35-seat restaurant which will be the next incarnation of Arimia, yet more intimate, darker, refined. Arimia built a strong reputation for its unwavering dedication to growing and sourcing high-quality, local, organic produce from suppliers who cared deeply for the land, and we can't wait to see what's served up in this sexy new space at the top of town in Margs.

Bookings can now be made online at desendent.com for their first day of trade on Thursday, 25 Jan and beyond.

And that's a wrap on Fine Vines Festival 2023 🍷 Ending on a high with another incredible weekend.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ We were treated to the ultimate South West collab with House of Cards Margaret River Cullen Wines McHenry Hohnenn Windance Estate Brendan Pratt, Lagoon Yallingup Chow's Table

Dived deep into the nuances of vintages with Fraser Gallop Estate (check the 6L bottle of Cab Sav) while Bungalow Neighbourhood Social took us on a skin-contact wine and seafood safari.

On Friday, we welcomed in the glorious sunshine for an afternoon soiree at Swings & Roundabouts, Saturday meant high tea treats and award-winning wine with MAISON LASSIAILLE at Passel Estate and the last day of the festival started with brunch in the name of Pinot Noir at Lamont's Smiths Beach

Weekend one of Fine Vines Festivalt looked a little like this.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

South by South West x Chef Chase Weber x Scorza teamed up for an epicurean journey that crossed international borders.

Wandered through City of Busselton with the Busselton Wine Hop for a low-key day with a bunch of our favourite South West wineries.

Spent a glorious spring afternoon at Skigh Wine being serenaded by the contemporary sounds of Dolce Ensembles

Enjoyed decadent dinners with Domaine Naturaliste x Meelup Farmhouse and Woodlands Winerye x Tiller Dining.

And we've got plenty more in store for weekend two. Let's do it all again.

Here's to our last festival for the year! Fine Vines Festival our springtime soiree in the South West kicks off tomorrow for 10 glorious days in the name of Margaret River wine.
