Last night we had the pleasure of providing a 2 course dinner for Rotary Castlemaine at the beautiful historic Buda.

We prepared Pan fried Salmon with a warm Salad of Edamame, Red Capsicum, Corn, Kale, Eschallot with a Mustard and Crème Fraiche Dressing and Chicken and Prosciutto Roulettes with Harissa Butter, Sweet Potato Purée, Green Beans, followed by Almond Frangipani Tart with Poached Cinnamon Cherries and side of Chantilly Cream and Orange and Poppyseed Syrup Cake with Double Cream and Crystallised Orange.

Happy 60th birthday Vallon! We had a wonderful night catering in Axedale.

Fire pits were ablazed, boule was played on the lawn, bottles were popping, glasses were clinking and our food brought it all together.

Today we had fun providing a 2 course luncheon at the South Bendigo Bowls Club.

A wonderful bunch of people, celebrating their year’s successes in a relaxed and fun environment.

A great mix of old school bangers was provided by local group “Silhouette”.
