Last night we had the pleasure of providing a 2 course dinner for Rotary Castlemaine at the beautiful historic Buda.
We prepared Pan fried Salmon with a warm Salad of Edamame, Red Capsicum, Corn, Kale, Eschallot with a Mustard and Crème Fraiche Dressing and Chicken and Prosciutto Roulettes with Harissa Butter, Sweet Potato Purée, Green Beans, followed by Almond Frangipani Tart with Poached Cinnamon Cherries and side of Chantilly Cream and Orange and Poppyseed Syrup Cake with Double Cream and Crystallised Orange.
