One of the best games of football I have ever seen.

It's a credit to both Maryborough Football & Netball Club and Strathfieldsaye U/18s this morning, with both clubs going at full tilt in order to continue their season.

In a back-and-forth game, the margin was no greater than seven points at any stage. With a minute to go in the last quarter, Maryborough hit the front, but a late Storm goal sent the game to extra time.

Just one goal was scored in both five-minute periods, with a late Magpies shot to send the game into double overtime hitting the post.

Still, what a superb game of football, and a real credit to the Magpies after bringing back their under 18 program this year for the first time in six years.

The future is bright at the Magpies.
