Such a laid back fun couple. Terri-Anne and Nathan tied the knot in their own backyard in their barn on 25 March 2023.

Their day had been talked about, planned to perfection and celebrated all the way up to the actually day. Terri-anne's excitement was so lovely and contagious! She could not wait to be a bride and marry her man!

It was fun and a pleasure to marry them in their own barn with all the fairy lights and decorated beautifully by POP Celebrations & Events

I wish them a lifetime of having their family and friends over to their property with drinks and fun which they love - I wish them little people running around chasing the animals and plenty of love and plenty of laughs! Neri xx

Brooke and Jed say their I do's when they first met to be honest but they legally finally married on 1st December 2022 at the beautiful Tiona Holiday Park.

The entire family just looked stunning and it was super cute having their children come down the aisle - the look on Jed's face seeing his family coming down then his beautiful wife to be was very special.

We had a great ceremony, very chilled with some laughs and yet still plenty of special heartfelt moments. They were such a laid back beautiful couple to marry.

Tennille and Tau were such Fun. They found me from up in Lismore and it was a great match! They said their 'I dos" and became Husband and Wife (officially) on 17 September 2022 at Tiona Holiday Park.

We laughed ALOT on this day mostly at my own expense as the ground behind where I was standing had a little sand hole that my foot found easily and there I was fallen down mic in hand and ipad on my bum! They were so good about it and the crowd lost it in laughter I think once they knew I was okay and that I wasn't going to take it seriously.

I got up and it was like a scene from a good comedy show that just kept giving ! I rolled with it throughout the ceremony and created more laughs. You can see the fun we had in the photos. Everyone came up to me after the Ceremony to say it was amazing and I should do this for all my ceremonies! ha.

I know Tennille and Tau had a fantastic day and night, they are such a fun loving and easy going couple and very family orientated so their kids were very much apart of the day also. Wishing them a lifetime of their love and chaos that they thrive on and I know I have given them memories to hold onto forever which makes me happy. Love Neri xx

Amber & Anthony are beautiful kind hearted souls and they finally said I do with their closest family and friends on 15 October 2022 on the beautiful Gold Coast.
It was perfect weather and they looked amazing and I know they had a great day. Their beautiful children were very much apart of this ceremony as Mum and Dad finally made things official.

Wishing them a lifetime of happiness, health, laughter and good times. Thank you for choosing me and I loved having an excuse to come up to the Gold Coast. Love always Neri ###

Indeya and Brayden finally got to have their stunning wedding on 6th May 2022 at the beautiful venue of Krindlewood Vineyard.

Indeya had organised everything to the amazing detail it was on the day and timeline. It was simple stunning and I was honoured to be apart of their day. We laughed and the sun shone like no other which was a treat in times of heavy rain days prior and after this day. Floods hit this area not long after.

Wishing them both a life of adventures which I know they will have and I am certain they will share many together, loving, laughing and doing things their way. Love to you both. Neri ###

Brittany and Joel finally said I do on 17 March 2022 at the beautiful Hickson Street Lookout in Merewether!

They would not talk about a plan B even though we have had so much rain this year as Brittany said, no it's going to happen here so her determination and positive thinking worked a treat! It was the most magic day for this gorgeous lookout.

When I first say Brittany I said you just look like a real life princess and she said that is how I feel!! These two are adorable. Young, in love, have their whole life's ahead of them to create and enjoy and I could not be happier for them.

Beautiful Maddison and Bailey finally said I do on 23 April 2022 after of course the usual Covid postponement! :(

They initially wanted a surprise and when I first met this cute couple it was going to be a surprise engagement party/wedding. Anyway I think they got too excited and told a couple of people who got more excited and told a couple more, then the word was out!! ha

They are the nicest couple. Very in love, have had their kids already and ready to live their life's together raising them and living out their dreams. I could not be happier for them, the nerves they had for the day were very real but a good rehearsal does wonders for that and a bit of love from me.

Finally getting to posting about my beautiful friends who married on 19/2/22.

They did everything in style, they hired a house for their immediate family to spend the weekend and finally tied the knot. Kate did all her all styling as she is a natural at it and it looked amazing! Too many amazing photos to share all but here are a few. J O D I E & B R A D - Two souls, one shared love! - 15 / 1/ 2022

I met these two gorgeous souls around 18 months ago. They spent that time planning and creating their amazing day that I have already shared some of the amazing things they made for their wedding day and ceremony.

They met in high school and had a connection then, like a first love but life happens and they parted. They reconnected many many years later and it was just as if no time had past but yet they had their families and were older, wiser and happier in themselves. From that meeting there was no holding back, they connected again at a deep level and share a very deep great love and have not been apart since.

The finally got to have their Wedding day and you only have to look at the look in their eyes when they see each other for the first time on the day how much these two are in love with each other. They married at Wollombi Tavern, in the grassed area out the back and had their reception there in a Marquee. The only one thing that did happen but we laughed about it after was it literally started to rain as we played their song and Jodie was about to walk down the aisle.

Hence the photo of me with Brad and his daughters and the look on my face says - Houston we have a problem!! Rain is abound and we need to abort!! ha ha. So yes we did abort for about 5mins then started again!! It was a beautiful, deep, spiritual and loving ceremony. I wish these two and their family years of happiness together achieving all their goals and having adventures experiencing this continued love they have. My love to you all. Neri ###

E M I L Y & D A N I E L - 10/12/21 finally became Husband And Wife in a beautiful heartfelt spiritual ceremony with plenty of laughs and tears also.

They hired a beautiful homestead to enjoy their weekend with family and friends and went to town with Catering and Cocktails for the reception.

Being friends of mine it was very special for me to marry them. They are lovable without being my friends but the fact they were meant so much more to me. Making them so happy on this day truly filled my heart. It was perfect in every way even the green ants!!

Wishing my beautiful friends a lifetime of magic moments like this, adventures, love and family. Love you both !!! The Smile on my face tells how I felt on the day as I was watching Dan's reaction to something I had said. ###

I had the pleasure of meeting two special souls 18 months ago and finally this weekend I married Jodie and Brad 15 - 1 - 2022 at Wollombi.

They hired the space there behind the Tavern and the Tavern did their food and drinks. Everything else these created, planned and built themselves from things they bought on line. They had a room dedicated to their wedding in their house. I knew the work they put in and how much time they spend building things.

Still when I arrived to see the set up it blew my mind what they had created. It was impressive and beautiful. I was so proud of them and happy for them. Check out the swing they made.

We had the best day. The ceremony started off with some rain exactly when the Bride was going to come down the aisle but to me that was just good luck as rain is cleansing on your wedding day for your relationship. Rain stopped and we restarted. The heat definitely was challenging and one particular fly hanging around our heads the whole time. Was on my mouth a lot as I was trying to speak. Later Jodie told me her Dad who had passed said I will come back as a fly and annoy you! So Brad said to Jodie in the Ceremony, it's your dad! I loved this story so much and never before have I forgiven a fly for annoying me! :)

They share a special love, they met 32 years ago and knew then there was a connection and dated for awhile but they drifted being so young and found each other again at the exactly right time in life.

Their love is deep and special and I am so happy for them that they can finally call each other husband and wife and so happy their day was amazing after all the hard work.

I am grateful for this beautiful couple finding me. They have attempted to marry three times as they were hoping to go home
to Poland to be married with their family but that didn't work out
so today I married them at a gorgeous location in Port Stephens
that had it's own private beach with friends and some family.

Yes it rained but it didn't stop us having a great time or the dogs dressing up in their pink outfits.

Estera and Jakub are a gorgeous couple who are the best of friends and soulmates and now finally Husband and Wife. They are now set to have a cracking fun time with friends all weekend. It was very special to have their family online watching from Poland also.

Wishing them a lifetime of these happy times, much laughter and being each other's lobster. Ha. (Saying from friends sitcom that Ross was always Rachels' Lobster). They both say this about each other which is super cute. Much love to them. Neri xx

And then it was 50! Yes 50 weddings just like that!

I was so blessed to marry The Sams as my 50th wedding, they were so lovely and fun. Non traditional and they have their own style and it was a honor to marry them in their own backyard which they had created from scratch, a gorgeous garden and new deck. They are so talented and have a great sense of humour so this allowed me to create a fun and chilled ceremony for them with plenty of laughs.

They have huge hearts and were so thoughtful and presented to me at the end of the Ceremony, some wine and a beautiful card. (know me well! ha). This meant so much to me. Thank you for being you and here is me wishing you a lifetime of crazy fun, bunnings trips, camping adventures and healthy banter!!! Love Neri ###

Ahoy! Love has landed!

The days and nights are long as a Pirate but when you have your soulmate and best friend by your side they are not so alone!

Robyn and David wanted nothing more than a short, quick no fuss ceremony and in their style to tie the knot! They certainly did it their way. They pulled up their boat at Speers point jetty where they got ready and I married them on the Jetty with their dog and their parrot and witnesses.

We even had an opposing Dog Pirate try to mingle with their Dog Pirate that resulted in quite the disturbance right as I was saying my legal part. So we just rolled with this and stopped until we got them to walk the blank and leave the area!

Wishing Robyn and David many years of happiness on the sea in their boat living the life they have dreamed of doing in retirement for so long. Love to you both, enjoy! Love Neri xx

I wanted to send everyone in lockdown this field of Sunflowers and they are full of love for you!. Most of many family and friends are in lockdown and I know how hard it is for them as it would be for everyone. Some it would be harder than others so my love goes out to all whatever your circumstance is.

Your mental health is the most important thing. Exercise if you are able too and your body allows you too. You tube is full of workouts for all levels and plenty of variety, I do them every day (ask me if you wont a recommendation). So good for releasing the happy emotions and fun.

For those with kids you don't have time as much time I know and home schooling is so hard. I remember it well. Just do your best, do what is needed it doesn't have to be amazing and if that doesn't work forgive yourself, you are not a trained teacher, it's ok to not be okay and this is not a normal situation so don't beat yourself up if things are not perfect.

Take time for you even if it's 5 mins to go outside whilst kids are busy to talk some deep breaths. Be mindful and present in that moment and just breath!! You will be amazed how breathing and just focusing on your breath for a couple of minutes can calm you.

The spiritual meaning of the sunflower if you made it this far in my post is: Beauty, delight, hope and joy. It is symbolic of faith and belief just as the sunflower moves to face the life giving rays of the sun! Stay home and safe and don't stop believing things will get better - just focus one day at a time.

I am very proud and happy to share some of these amazing shots taken at My God Son's wedding Jarrad Smith when he married his beautiful wife Jessica Smith - Jarrad is the son of my beautiful long time friend Michelle Smith - we met at the age of 10 - so just 20 years ago (ha ha).

Anyway who would of thought I would be a celebrant in life by the time he grew up, had his own family and was ready to marry his soulmate!! Talk about special. Seeing everyone on the day I had huge nerves but soon felt very at home. Jarrad and Jess who said they would be nervous were awesome, they laughed and cracked jokes and we had a ball !!!

Romantic, fun and beach casual as they wanted and just before the rain fell too!!! Thankfully it stopped for the amazing Joy Philippe Photography to do her magic, these are some of the shots I love but there are hundreds of them and I love them all Joy!!! Can't wait to get you down my way !!!

Loved marrying these two so much!! Tanya and Stewart 15/5/2021 finally got to confirm the love they have felt for each other since High School. They are true soulmates and amazing humans.

The day at Dixon Park SLC was amazing, decorated beautiful and the view of the beach - beautiful. Was a tad windy and cold and to add to the excitement of getting married it rained halve way through the Ceremony so this shot was taken after we all had to shuffle inside. Tanya and Stewart were truly amazing about the situation and we just laughed our way through it all. We had many beautiful intimate moments though. There was an amazing energy between all three of us on the day which helped me be the Celebrant I love being. Authentic, loving, soulful and fun!

I am a happy Celebrant knowing how much they loved their day and I know we will be seeing each other again. Wishing them so much love and happiness as they deserve. Can't wait to share more photos of this wedding with plenty of smiles. Love Neri xx

Marrying my God son and his beautiful wife on Friday 30th April in the beautiful Gold coast was simple amazing. Such a highlight of not only my career to date of being a Celebrant but a life highlight. This was my first wedding where I actually knew the couple and the family of course growing up with all these people myself as a teenager so I was SO NERVOUS!!!! Why ! Because it just meant so much to me to make this beautiful for them and people that I love were seeing me in action for the first time as a Celebrant not as crazy and wild Nerida! ha.

Funnily enough as I stood up there with Jarrad we both just started cracking jokes and laughing like normal and the nerves just disappeared as I was completely at home and we had a heartfelt, emotional and good fun ceremony with plenty of laughs! It was at Elephant Rock at Currumbin Beach and the rain stopped long enough for us to do the Ceremony. As I said welcome for the first time Mr and Mrs Smith literally 5 seconds later the rain started and we all had to run for shelter. Thank you universe for letting Jarrad and Jess have their dream wedding in an amazing spot. It was the best day and night.

What an amazing day yesterday I had at Twine Restaurant - Wynwood Estate in Pokolbin.

I married two very special souls who have waited a long time for their day and not just because of Covid. It was a pleasure and honor.

When you need to give a gorgeous Bride some love and support!

I could not resist but to hug this beautiful person when she was upset as her daughters were in meltdown as we were about to start her wedding ceremony.

I got her to wipe her tears, tell her it's going to be just fine and gave her a hug with all my loving energy. We then had a beautiful Ceremony where I married her and her soulmate and just let the kids do what kids do!

Leo & Rosie tied the knot late last year.

It was such a special day, they did not expect much just happy to get married and have some nice food and drinks at their local pub and good people around with plenty of dancing, such humble and kind people. They have found each other later in life and couldn't be happier!

It rained for awhile but that didn't stop the joy and love coming from the Zimbabwe woman who sang as Rosie walked down the aisle. I will never forget this day and they even taught me how to dance Zimbabwe style! They changed afterwards into a traditional outfit. Beautiful and bright just like they are.

Janelle & Peter - 22/11/2020. This date could not come quick enough for these two! They just could not wait to marry each other.

It felt like forever for them to wait but it was worth the wait. The sun was shining, borders had opening so family could travel and it was a lovely day at the beautiful Barry Park in Port Stephens which holds a special place in their hearts.

You can DANCE for inspiration! Or for a CELEBRATION like your Wedding!! YIPPEE!!

Just as Madonna quotes in 'Into the Groove' - you too can now dance for not just inspiration to feel good but finally again for Weddings and you can stand and mingle!

This all starts on December 7, so if you are engaged and wondering should you plan your wedding - hell yes you should! You should plan it regardless as I have done some amazing small and intimate weddings this year but I understand couples with a lot of family and friends who want to have a good party it wasn't the time but now it is!

Just to clarify it's 50 people who can dance and that's quite a lot when you consider the other halve may stand and chat and have a drink or a break and the venues can now have 1 person per two square metres so they can hold more guests. If you have a small group you will all be able to dance!

2021 and beyond Weddings are going to be busy and they are going to be big celebrations as we overcome tough times and enjoy being free of these restrictions.

I am already dancing in the kitchen with excitement!! Oh wait -hold on I already was! :) ha

What a great day this was. Mick and Kristy 24/10/2020. They had so much uncertainty with C in the lead up to this day but it was all worth it when they were standing there looking at each other overwhelmed with love and emotions.

Even though it rained that day it did not stop us having a hoot of a time and the inside venue at Our Secret Garden did not disappoint. It was intimate and beautiful.

We shared many laughs and the day was perfect just as I wished for Mick and Kristy as they are a beautiful couple and deserve the best life can offer them and their beautiful family. Wishing them many happy moments in life just like this one. Love Neri xx
